Ive been seeing Dr. Corin at Advanced eye Center for 10 years now, he's certainly a great doctor. I owe my vision to him and his staff! They corrected my hazy, blurry sight with a laser and instantly I could see better. He's amazing, and his staff is right there behind him! What a wonderful experience every time I go for my appointment! Thank you so much for my better eyesight!! A+ Top Notch service. I heard Dr. Corin even trains students to learn these new laser procedures he's THAT good and THAT experienced!

I wouldn't recommend this place at all!! They left me in office waiting for a doctor that wasn't even there! Called me a month later to reschedule I told them I would not be returning and secretary really could care less about my concerns. To me that's bad patient care!

I got a script for glasses that was wrong. I won't go back here any more.

Despite the fact that the physicians at this office never see thier patients on time and the wait is extremely unreasonable ( hours!!) , a family member insists on continuing with this practice due to the number of years he has been treating with the same opthalmologist. To make matters worse, the staff are unorganized and lack dilegency in managing patients records and appointments. If it wasn't for the expertise of the doctor I would not have rated this office at all. In my opinion anyone can find a good doctor anywhere and still be treated with respect and dignity as a patient.

I received my first pair of prescription glasses in their eyewear store. "Patti" assisted me in my purchase. She was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. She made the difference between having an awkward, unsure purchase to me having a pleasurable, confident buy. I would surely use their services again.

If you're looking for an excellent eye doctor look no further. The doctors here care about their patients. You're not treated as though you're a number, you're treated as an individual who is concerned about their vision. This was my experience as a new patient of Dr. Brian Murphy. He spent at least an hour with me regarding my concerns, whereas my previous office, the doctors were in and out within 15 minutes and disregarded my concerns. Thank you again Dr. Murphy!

The people at the Dartmouth location were incredible rude and disrespectful, employees and managers. They sold obviously defective glasses, arm bent broke within few weeks (it is not a full metal arm, they got cheap and had a 1mm square solder joint in the middle of the arm). Maybe bad frame, understandable, and we had no problems getting a a replacement without using the warranty (from the only nice representative in that place). On the second return within a few weeks trip however for same problem in the same place on the frame bending with just normal use (stay on face 99% of time) they blamed us for breaking them, were nasty to us, insisted they would not replace them with a different frame/brand, and only agreed to refund the frame, not the lenses, after much battling with them, talking to "higher ups" and other bullshit waste of times, they finally contacted the frame manufacturer and got them to agree to replace the glasses entirely so much unneeded misery for a simple problem, even had to start looking to small claims court as that looked like where we were heading for new glasses costing over $600 I would steer clear from this place, all glasses are made by the same company, and these re-sellers are everywhere that care nothing for customers

Several years ago I went to Advanced Eye looking to have an exam and a new pair of glasses. Dr. Corin seemed to be only interested in the fact that I had an eyelid lift several years earlier. After looking at my eyelids he said he could do a better job. I believed him, like a fool. I was awake during the procedure listening to the anesthesiologist talking his head off to Dr. Corin about his personal life. These are my eyes and this is going on. In the end my eyelids were no better off. And my vision with my new eyeglasses was very disappointing. I never went back after the follow up. Wal-Mart does a better job with eye care and I'm not kidding. Dr. Scott Corin is a very nice person, but he talks way too much and is not a good listener.

I try to give credit where credit is due. Since writing the original review, I had to go back to see Dr. Rivera for an exam. His assistant (who is the one that really does the vision exam) and the doctor (who double checked the assistants work and did the retinal and glaucoma test) both did a great job. I'm satisfied with them. I did go into the optical shop for a basic pair to get me going. This time I was helped by a young blondeish women who is new since the last exam. She treated me with respect. She also assisted me in choosing a well fitted and attractive frame. I was also satisfied. BTW, it appears that the condescending woman who I wrote about is either managerial or an own of the optical shop. I suggest you try to get service from anyone BUT her. (original review) I've been going there for about 6 years so far. I have also been treated by three different doctors, because of my own scheduling needs. The doctors and their assistants have all been top notch. I have no dissatisfaction with any of them. On the eyewear side, the woman who has assisted me there has been very condescending because I don't get expensive frames or lenses. No customer should be treated this way. It was this way each time i interacted with the woman. So, 1 star off from the bad treatment at the optical shop. Otherwise, a great place to see a doctor. I suggest you buy your glasses elsewhere.
