I was able to get an appointment quickly. The exams were thorough exams. They listened to my concerns and questions. Everything was explained to me perfectly. Dr. Kuo is amazing.

At the last appointment with Dr. David Gritz, I dared to ask a number of questions, as he has provided so little information at each of my prior appointments. He looked increasingly vexed with each question, then said "we've been here 26 minutes and I'm not even done." I just sat there and gaped. A few minutes later when I asked another question, his response was "you can find that information online". I don't need to pay him and Wilmer to look up information online. Although I have found more information online than Dr. Gritz has shared over the course of the past year. He also cut short the usual number of procedures in checking my eye, presumably because I had over-extended the allocated time. What arrogance. Wilmer, either restrict him to research or insist he go through remedial communications training.

I was eight minutes late for an appointment ( I was a new patient) and my doctor refused to see me.Then I was told I have to reschedule the appointment so they don't consider my apology for arriving late it was the first time for me to be in that place the directions was not clear enough for me it took time to park and to get to the right building. However the receptionist was rude too which encourage me to go someplace else.

I have never been so dissatisfied with my eye care in my life. I have to make another eye exam appointment because I feel I was seen by someone so incompetent! He rushed my exam and was incredibly unprofessional. I could go on for hours. But cannot waste anymore time talking about this.
