Couldn't see well out of the glasses so I took them to my eye doctor-- she said the glasses they gave me weren't consistent with the prescription she wrote (not close) and that she saw this issue all the time with WP glasses. Everyone was very nice, but yikes . . .

Everyone there is super helpful. After I bought a pair, I came back to see if I could switch the purchase to another credit card. They said it was no problem — they had to order an identical new pair and wait for that to arrive at the store before doing so. But they did so without a fuss! Great customer service!

First time glasses buy-er here. I went to Warby Parker because I had heard such positive buzz around the company. Was not disappointed one bit, and they consistently exceeded my expectations at every step of the process: from initial walk-in, eye exam, to helping me pick out my first pair. Their service and care for customers is higher than nearly any other brand out there. You can’t go wrong here, plus it’s such a convenient location!

costumer service is great the price is awesome...i have astigmatism in both eyes kinda severe and my prescription is pretty expensive i got two pair of glasses to under 200....ive been a costumer for two years now, however the quality of the glass lens is terrible i get the thin lens with the anti glare due to the fact that i drive mostly at night my sunglasses are perfect but the ones i wear daily are terrible the anti glare is like peeling off so it causes glare especially at night and reflection in pictures where you cannot see my eyes so i buy another pair and unfortunately it happen again...i went back and they are aware of the problem but cant do anything about it they cleaned my glasses i could see a little better but they go back to being messed up...like how about discounted lens swap?! its imperative i use glasses to get around ive been using glasses since i was 5 this is the first time something like this happen so that being said i will not recommend nor will i purchase from warby parker again

Snapped my glasses in half by accident and these guys put my lenses in a brand new frame at absolutely no charge. They just earned themselves a customer for life!

Went in just to try on a few pairs of glasses on because i couldn't find a frame i wanted. I asked Thi for held and by far gave some of the best customer service i have ever had. I am new to the Boston area and he even gave me great food recommendation spots which i really appreciated. 5 Stars isn't enough.
