The addition of Dr. Snively's new associate Dr. Ardura brings a fresh new perspective to the practice. During my last appointment I was seen by Dr. Ardura and without a doubt she is a great addition. Professional, knowledgable, and caring. I look forward to future visits at Vienna Eye Care Center and encourage anyone who is looking for an eye doctor to see Dr. Snively and Dr. Ardura!

This place is great! I have been going to see Dr. Richard Snively, at the Vienna Eye Care for over 15 years now, and each year the service, the office staff's attention to detail, and courteousness, and technology only get better. I am in an out on time, and I appreciate knowing that Dr. Snively, and his staff are going to take the time to meet with me, and make sure my questions are answered, and my health is in good standing. They have been flexible with some of my payment challenges in the past, when using my FSA dollars, and supportive in making decisions on contacts and eye glasses - that are both a comfortable and economical. Many people in my company go here as well, and it is always the same experience, and from a good referral of others that brings them there. That's how I started there, and have not left. All around would recommend this place for great eye care and health.

Well, I liked this place from the start as parking was a breeze, the receptionists were pleasant, the lady that did my prelim eye exam was stylish :) and efficient. Then I met Dr. Snively and was really pleased as he took plenty of time explaining what he was doing, what the results were, we shared a couple of jokes and then I was turned over to the young lady that would help me to choose frames etc. She was also great and showed me lots of options as well as giving me her opinion on what she thought suited me face. My glasses will be ready in a week and I'm looking forward to picking them up. I found the whole experience quite refreshing and I left feeling as if I had received excellent and high quality care.

Dr. Ardura gave my son such attentive care! He had hurt his corneas which significantly affected his vision and had him in a lot of pain. Dr. Ardura’s professionalism, knowledge and individualized care enyabled him to heal and he is almost back to seeing 100% to where he was a week ago! She was empathetic and very positive about his progress and kept in close communication with us. She made herself available and even met with us over the weekend to ensure he was healing well. Dr. Snively has been seeing patients in Vienna for decades and the addition of Dr. Ardura has been great because now their service is even better for patients! This is a modern full-service eye care center and an excellent one.. Dr. Ardura and Dr. Snively are highly competent and professional, and the staff is friendly and experienced.. Very helpful and honest when it comes to picking out your frames and suggesting options and lenses. Selection is very good.. As a full-service provider carrying quality frames and offering the best in lenses, you may be surprised what good glasses and lenses could cost today, especially if you have not had to buy glasses for a long time. I personally need progressives and gravitate towards the best lenses, so would expect their not gonna be cheap.. But hey, it's your eyes right, and having been to other "discount" providers in the past, the level of care and experience is way higher here.. They do offer a wide selection and many more affordable options, and insurance helps if have that as well. I appreciate the quality and care they offer and have been a patient of there's for a number of years..

The doctors and eye care professionals are all genuinely concerned about giving you the best service and best eye wear. I have a very strong astigmatism and I was told by other doctors that I couldn't wear contacts. Not only did Vienna Eyecare get me into contacts, I've been successfully and comfortably wearing contacts for over 25 years. Great service, great selection and great results.

Just some facts. My first appointment in the AM they ran 35 minutes late. Exam was fine . Had a billing issue to resolve so emailed them and got no response , nothing. Tracked them down a week later to resolve my billing question. They had received my email just had not gotten around to it. Sensing I️ was in the wrong place I️ asked for my prescription so I️ could buy lenses and glasses elsewhere . They gave me an erroneous prescription , in writing and I️ filled that prescription . Seems they rely on handwritten communication between doctors exam and a patients file, which caused the error . Luckily my new optometrist covered their mistake and remade my lenses at no extra cost. Caveat emptor .....

I thought I had an eye infection, NOPE! A piece of my daughters very blond hair was stuck in my eye and was very hard to see! It ended up scratching my eye. But they took it out very fast and painless. On medicated drops now and on the mend! Thanks so much!

Great experience overall. I recently discovered I needed glasses, so I looked online at offices all over Northern Virginia. I had a lot of difficulty making an appointment with a myriad of different places until I found this one. I filled out a simple form on their website and they immediately got back to me confirming a spot on my requested date. This was especially helpful since I was on a tight schedule. I went to get a vision test to and be fitted for some glasses and they took care of business pronto. The office is immaculate, the staff was straightforward and cordial, and the doctors made me feel at ease. Other eye care centers should strive to emulate this place. 10/10 would recommend to EVERYONE. Thanks guys!

I have a advanced corneal disease. Dr. Snively heard of a new technique to stop the degeneration and allow for some correction. He referred me to the Dr performing these techniques and helped me refit contacts afterwards. My vision is much improved and won't degrade anymore. I am thrilled with this practice and drive 2 hours to continue to see Dr. Snively!
