Made an appt, saw the doctor, came back for my checkup, and THEN they told me my insurance information wasn’t enough and I needed to bring in my physical insurance card as they would send me a bill for the full uninsured price soon. Had they told me I needed my physical card I would have found another doctor, alternatively had they told my during (or even after) my first appointment I could have brought it to my follow up. Instead I now get to make a third visit. When asked if my insurance information, that they have on file, wasn’t enough, the receptionist informed me “it isn’t their responsibility to contact my insurance company”

The doctors are professional but the front desk staff seem annoyed that you call to ask questions. I’m paying over $4k to get this surgery and the front desk lady is rude and acts as if it is an inconvenience that I had questions. I’m considering changing doctors and rescheduling the surgery.

My 94 year old mother, my husband and I have been going to Dr. Boutros for many, many years. His staff is great. Very friendly and patient , especially with my mom. Dr. Boutros always greets us with a warm hello which makes us feel welcome. He is an expert in his field! I highly recommend him for complete eye care whether a general exam or the need for surgery, you will be in excellent hands.

I've been a client for more than 20 years now. I started seeing Dr. Boutrous back then. Since then I've seen most of the doctors they have on staff. As a busniess owner myself I understand what matters in a business and what doesn't. All the negative comments are problems that every business deals with and should not reflect negatively on a business. Everytime I have questions they are answered. Everytime I have a problem (as little and infrequesnt as they are) they are worked out. You go to the doctor for their knowledge and expertise. Here they are overflowing with both. If the person you are talking to can't help they have someone that can. To all at the Eye Center keep the great work going in trying to help others. Much appreciated.

The worst eye exam I received on 7/25/18. I went there for a vision exam and was charged not only for the vision exam but also for a medical care that I did not received or asked for. I had no medical issue that they should have provided care for. The optometrist even did not know how to perform a routine exam eye and I was the one reminding her what to do. An optometrist who charged as an ophthalmologist for service that even did not provide was very surprising and am wondering it is legal in medical practice.

I had cataract surgery. 100% successful. Doctors and staff very efficient, professional and friendly. They took time to explain procedure in detail. I never felt rushed. The experience could not have been better.

I love going to the Eye Center. The staff is professional and kind. The location is very close to my home. Best of all, I really enjoy my interaction with Dr. Boutros. He is extremely knowledgable concerning my problem and he always shares, in detail, the findings from all the exams I have to take. While totally professional, he is very personable. He always makes me smile! I would and do recommend him when anyone tells me they need to see an eye doctor!
