I couldn't have made a better choice than using Dr Singh for cataract surgery. Not only is he a fantastic surgeon, Dr Singh has a wonderful bed-side manner. The staff in his Germantown office is outstanding and friendly as well as the staff at the Rockville surgical center. And lastly, the Germantown office runs like clockwork unlike so many other medical practices these days.

I visited this clinic last week for an emergency eye infection and was able to squeeze in for an appointment the same day I called. The staff was kind and very caring about my concerns and questions. I did not have to wait a long time to be seen, and after my exam with Dr. Singh he was more than happy to take the time to explain my condition and treatment to me. He is very informative with his patients, including my mother and father, making sure they know what is going on with their eye health. They're a busy practice, but they really make sure you don't wait around too long, which is another plus!

My visit with Dr Singh was a positive experience, I was there with my daughter for an appointment and on the way to the office I had poked my eye with a pen, the staff there were able to fit me in and see me right away. Dr Singh was very informative regarding the injury to my eye, since that visit and a 2 week follow up my eye is healed well. I wanted to thank Dr Singh and his staff for the quick response with getting me seen, I highly recommend Dr Singh for any and all eye issues or conditions.

Dr. Gagan is very good doctor in his field of surgeries and diagnosis, his office and staff are pleasant and polite, very nice, BUT: unfortunately, dr. Gagan doesn't work in emergency cases. My husband has gotten acute infections in right eye and we needed emergency visit. When I called the office, they offered the closest visit in week. So, I called to our primary doctor at 2 pm, he took us at 5pm the same day and told that we need to visit eye doctor late next day and refer us to another doctor in Rockville. I called at 8 am and has set at 11 am appt, and infection was so serious, that we has follow check ups every two days. Ointment cost about $330, eye drops, eye drops.... tablets.. they are very expensive too. Today it is much better, but I decided to leave dr. Gagan with my family, because I believe that I should have a doctor who can provide chance to save health eyes in any time.
