Ever have fun at the eye doctor? Me either... Until YESTERDAY!!! These folks are fantastic! My wife and I had a great time there and ended up finding out that between us we have one good pair of eyes!!! (We each only have one...) Solution - Glasses! So we got some. Everyone treated us like family and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. We are now customers for life and will highly recommend PVC to all of our (aging) friends. You should check this place out if you can’t see straight.

I had the best experience at Professional Vision! I've never needed glasses before but I had noticed a difference in my vision. Megan at the front desk was able to schedule me an appointment for an eye exam the same day and she called my insurance to verify my benefits. Dr. Brannon was very thorough and explained everything to me, including the fact that I now need glasses. Sam helped me pick out the best frames for me and walked me through my insurance benefits and what options were available to me (as far as lens coatings and payment options, etc.). Everyone was so polite and friendly; I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family!

I love Dr. Barnstein, he's great! I've been a patient since 2004 and refuse to go anywhere else. For a long time I didn't have vision insurance and they always worked with me as far as pricing and always made sure to give me the rebate card for my contacts. Nice and friendly staff, always clean, no long wait times, always willing to work with you, always a good experience, and beats the crap out of any big chain.

From the time you go in to the time you leave the staff is professional and extremely courteous to their clients. I went in with some new issues and just being diagnosed with MS so needed to have pictures of my eyes done with a complete review of the eye to ensure my vision would be unaffected. Upon explain my condition to the staff they quickly put all my concerns to ease. Having someone like Professional Vision in my corner with the awesome doctors they have anyone would be foolish not to give them a try. Great prices and service there is not much more you can ask for. They have quickly grown to our families eye doctor and go to when any concerns come up with our eyes. The Doctors are attentive and make sure that they answer all of your questions and provide you with the information you need to make decisions for your best eye health care. I originally was looking for a eye doctor for my 6 year old twins, I was so impressed with the service & care taken, that I scheduled my own appointment. I have complicated eye prescription & health problems- I have had nothing but excellent quality service & attention to care I've been with this office for a couple years now and I am thrilled-- I highly recommend this office for both care of children, and adults. **Update: my guys are 8.5 now and I stand by my recommendation. I have never had any major issues with my eyes, until one day I woke up in a scary situation in which Dr. Barnstein made sure I was seen immediately on a busy Saturday at the last minute! He facilitated the appointment scheduling and I was seen immediately by Dr. Andreaggi who provided me the best possible care and made it his mission to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. The office staff were so warm and welcoming and did everything in their power to make sure that I felt right at home. Dr. Andreaggi even called on the way home to make sure I was ok and that I was clear on the next steps! I always feel so much better after unplanned Drs visits knowing that my health and well being was of top priority. Dr. Barnstein and his staff are so kind, accomodating and knowledgeable! This is your place to go for all your eye care needs!

I just got the frames for my glasses here. I got the lenses filled at my mom's work for cheaper, but if that wasnt an option i would have gotten the entire thing done at PV. The one girl, Alaina, was SO helpful. I hadnt had new frames in a while and picking out new glasses is a BIG DEAL! It's a whole new look. Anyways, she was so patient and honest with the ones she liked on me, and she wasnt lying because I had my boyfriend come in a few days later and asked him separately which ones he liked better and he picked the ones she did. (As in, she wasnt being lazy and saying something just looked good). When i went to go buy them, someone ended up buying them first so they were unavailable and so she ordered another pair no problem. She found out that the style came in other colors and asked if i was interested in seeing what they looked like too when they came in. So sweet. I ended up going with the style she picked, but another color that was available. She and everyone there is so great.

I've been visiting Professional Vision for a few years, and in particular Dr Barnstein. I had issues with my eyes earlier this week. I called Dr Barnstein's office, got in to see him right away, and got my eyes looked at. There are a lot of people out there, I only want to go somewhere that I can trust. Plus, they have machine where my eyes don't need to be dilated, huge plus!

I had some problems with my left eye a few months ago. I went to somewhere else and the eye drop that they gave me hardly fixed it and I never felt it was fully recovered. Last week it started to get worse again and I scheduled an appointment from Dr. Richard Barnstein who was recommended to me by my manager. They scheduled it the same day when I said I want it to be checked as soon as possible. Dr. Barnstein checked my eyes and the eye drop that I used before, and told me that the eye drop that they gave me isn't completely relevant to the problem, and he gave me something more effective. It made my eye a lot better faster than the one that I used before. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. The staff also seems very friendly. I recommend Dr. Richard Barnstein and Professional Vision.

Before switching to Profesional vision I had never experienced 20/20 visionvision ( due to an unusual prescripion . The staff is friendly and helped me (extensively) to pick out new glasses . Highly recommend! I drive over an hour to see them.

After going to a large practice for a few years, I was sick of feeling like cattle moving through the office from waiting area to waiting area and not feeling like the doctor was really taking his time with my appointment. I searched for a practice close to home, read the reviews of Professional Vision online, and thought this would be a better experience. I was very right. Everyone at Professional Vision was very kind, helpful, and treated me like I was a valued patient. The doctor spent his time making sure the contacts fit correctly and were the perfect prescription, and I was still finished with my appointment way before I would have been at my old vision practice.

I have been using this practice for a few years now (I think 5 years or more). Everyone is so nice. I have seen a few doctors in the practice and all the doctors have been very caring, knowledgeable, and thorough during my appointments. I wear glass and usually get a new pair once a year. The staff is extremely helpful and honest when I ask what frame would fit my face and "do these look good?" If you need a solid opinion about glasses, ask for Sophie. She's the best. She has helped me pick out all my glasses and I always get compliments. They have a wide selection of Marc Jacobs, Gucci, Fysh, Lafant, and other brands of eye wear.

I was so happy with my new progressive lenses that I also ordered a back up pair. His staff is always accommodating when I need more contact lenses. Very good customer service and care. This has been the first vision care center that I've went to where the eye doctors actually care. Comfortable lounge, pleasant staff, pleasant experience. Also, I've never been given a prescription like the one that I've received yesterday. Funny thing is that it's nearly the opposite of the one I've been wearing. With all of the amenities and extras in addition to the actual eye appointment, I'm certain it'll make a huge difference. I'll definitely be returning to this center in the future.
