Good experience. Arrived on time. Seen on time. Evaluated thoroughly, and had everything explained to me as to what was going on, and what needed to be done to further evaluate. Follow ups by Dr Jordan were prompt with explanation of results. Overall I am very happy with the service of both Dr Jordan and the staff of Ophthamologist of Greater Annapolis.

Called twice and was put on eternal hold twice in an attempt to see if they take my insurance. I can't imagine what a nightmare it would be to actually try to schedule an appointment. Disappointing to say the least

Very nice and educated doctors and nurses. The place was very clean. While we did have to wait for surgery to start it is understandable that things come up. The part that really ruined everything about this place for me and my family is they asked if a parent could come back and hold the child.. so that the child wouldn't be upset when they are being put to sleep. I have no problem with surgery or anesthesia as I, myself have had to have many... many. But my understanding of it was I hold her in my arms and they put the mask on her and she goes to sleep. Not what happened. Instead I was told to pin her arms down on the bed while the anesthesiologist talks comforting to her ( my child hates strangers) and smashes the mask into her face. So not only was she petrified I had to watch her not understanding why mommy is holding me down and letting multiple strangers touch me and shove a mask in her face. It severely traumatized me and I have no doubt traumatized my child. I will not be going back because of this. Unfortunate because I thought the doctors were great.

Dr. John Avalone is absolutely great... our daughter has to get regular checkups (every 3-6 months) and he has been nothing short of amazing. His other staff has been great as well

I had an issue with my eyes being crossed all my life. I was told nothing can be done until I me Dr. Avalone and staff. God sent me to him and he said we can help. As of April 10, 2019, my eyes are straight. Thank you so much and I highly reccomend to go to this office.
