Dr. Kelly is GREAT!!! The staff are very helpful and well organized. The doctor is detailed and goes over everything with you. It only took a hour and 15 mins for a thorough eye exam, results and eye glass selection. I will definitely return.

This eye doctor was the best i have ever experienced. Dr. Kelly Vu explained evertyhing to me patiently and in a way i could understand. I have never had an eye doctor take my blood pressure. This was above and beyond for me. Most doctors fly through the exam changing the lense trying to get the right prescription. She did it in a timely manner where my eyes could adjust to the diffrent lenses. The setting was comfortable and not rushed. This is where i will go for my eye exams and if anyone is looking, i would recommend try this office first.

Set up an appointment online. Took the day off work and came into the office. They had no record of me but said they could fit me in 2 hours later. I said fine and waited 40 minutes. Another woman came in 30 minutes after I did with an appointment she made online and they (again) had no record of her. They said they could fit her in 30 minutes later...which was 30 minutes before my appointment. Needless to say, I thanked the reception staff and cancelled my appointment.

My experience here was perfect. appointment was on time. Staff was friendly. The Doctor was very knowledgeable when I asked her numerous questions about contact lenses. The staff was patient when I was attempting to insert contacts into my eyes for the first time (took over 10 mins). Referred items and tips for me to prepare my journey into wearing contacts. 10/10

She's very busy for regular appointments, though, so don't count on squeezing in to update your glasses or contacts prescription.

I have been having an incredibly negative experience with this office staff and their lack of organization. I had an appointment in February to get a new contact prescription and had the fitting on 3/2/18. In that visit the doctor changed my right eye prescription slightly and said they had to order the new contact because they didn't have it in house. That's understandable as they had to order the original set I tried as well. It became a frustrating experience when the contact order kept not getting placed for weeks and when it was finally successfully received, they had placed the order for the original prescription for me to try. It took three separate attempts for the office to get me the correct contact. The experience worsened this week. I called Monday to get my prescription sent over to me as that corrected contact was a great fit. I had to call three separate times on separate days as the office worker kept not sending the email. I called a forth time yesterday to confirm whether the prescription was correct and reflected that change. I spoke with William who was incredibly rude and assured me that the prescription was the correct one and there was never a change. For 8 minutes, I told him that I had a change in the prescription at the end of March. He said there was no change on my account and it was correct. Unfortunately, I really need this prescription as I am now at the point that I am completely out of contacts. If I had the time to do so, I would cancel this experience altogether and find a new office. I would NOT recommend coming to this location. Some of the other reviews are correct, the doctor was nice and they were able to see me at the time of my appointment. Unfortunately, the staff is just disorganized and rude when confronted with a problem they created. Update:As you can see the office has responded to the review. They did indeed call me back confirming the prescription. This confirmation does not affect the continuous negative experience I have have had these past few months.

Dr Kelly is awesome! My daughter got mulch in her eye, and we couldn’t get it out. Although the office was closed, Dr Kelly was kind enough to reopen for us and removed the mulch that we weren’t able to get out despite trying everything she initially recommended. Dr. Cynthia Reynolds-Temple is wonderful! She is thorough and knowledgeable. I'm glad to have found her. The practice is conveniently located, with plenty of parking. The staff was very friendly. Regarding the office space, the reception area is really small. If you are a large person and concerned about accessibility, as I am, you may be uncomfortable here. The waiting area shares space with the eye wear shop. There are four very nice chairs for waiting patients. They face each other with a coffee table in the middle. Unfortunately on one side, those chairs are right next to the wall of eyeglass frames and on the other side the chairs are almost flush against the desk where patients would sit to purchase and try on eye wear. My appointment was in the middle of the day when the waiting area was kind of full. As a large person, I found it to be difficult and uncomfortable to maneuver around the space. I had similar issues with the room they led me to to take off my contacts. The room was narrow and doubled as storage space. There were boxes lining both sides of the walls. The remaining space for walking to the sink was pretty narrow. I was concerned I was going to knock something over. Overall, I had a good experience with NOVA Eye Care. I will be returning and I will gladly recommend this practice to my friends. I would suggest that if you have accessibility concerns, as I do, that you try to schedule your appointment first thing in the morning when there will be fewer people in the waiting area.

We sought her help with a VA disability claim and she has been more than generous with her time and knowledge ever since. Her staff is courteous and helpful as well. You cannot go wrong with Dr. Vu!

The staff is always friendly, if a bit bemused, whenever my family troops in to get our eyes checked. The doctors are ready to answer questions, and ask several times if you have any more questions before they send you on. Receiving purchased glasses does take up to two weeks, but if it's a tweak, I've not found this to be a problem. We can get by until the new ones arrive.

Fantastic place I recommend it to all my friends. First off, the people are very honest. No one tried to upsell me for the sake of their profits and the doctor was extremely transparent about the pro/cons of different options. Secondly the service is prompt, I barely waited, and they got me in and out fast. Finally very fair prices. I use contacts and they're only 1-2% more expensive than buying online with tax and shipping. Considering I also get the contacts soomer, that's totally worth it. Update: I was an idiot and ran out of contacts, I called to put in a new order and they even gave me a sample pack to hold me over until they come in. Great customer service!!!

My wife accidentally poked herself in the eye, so we quickly called the Nova Eye Care Center. They were extremely friendly and empathetic and got us in right away. The Dr. was extremely friendly and saw her almost immediately after we arrived. We were in and out within 15 minutes with a prescription for some eye drops.
