This is the most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered. They are charging people $22 for a copy of the first page of patient records and each additional page is twenty-something cents. I have never encountered such a rude group of people who are so very willing to cheat patients out of their hard earned money. No one should pay to receive their own records. I posted a review and they had it removed. Let me be clear. DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE!!! Nicki, a member of the front office staff, was rude and agressive because she was upset that someone was willing to call out the unprofessionalism that took place and how they were literally hustling their patients out of their money for their own records. The staff is unethical and there are other medical practices who will appreciate you and treat you the way you deserve to be treated. Every time they remove my post, I will replace it. People should know about this place. JUST SAY NO!

Not helpful at all. I was with the doctor for less than 10 minutes. I have extreme pain in my eyes. He checked them said I was fine and bye see you in a year.

Very nice helpful staff. Didn't get much relief from the doctor. Ended up researching and learning more about the condition and taking care of my eyes myself. I don't know if the Dr is just dry or rude, but didn't make me feel welcomed, either way.
