The front desk has the worst customer service. You have to wait over an hour just to be seen by the doctor. My appt was at 7:50 they didn't see me until 9:10. It's 9:40 now and still not done with me yet.

My whole family have been patients of Dr. Malouf for years and we absolutely love him. He works not only with effective professional skills, but also with a clear, warm heart. Rare to find a physician and a human being like him. A little wait in a doctor's office is normal and the staff is very nice, and they have been with the practice for many years. Never was served short in any way. Both the father and the son are really good to visit for treatment.

The doctors are great. However, the front office staff and check in/out process needs improvement. Also, do not make an appointment on a Friday. You will be here for hours. I was told that is their busiest day.

Poor bedside manner. Removed a contact with sharp metal object while awake and broke it. The contact was no replaceable and extremely expensive . Other doctors were shocked and disapproved of Malouf’s practice method.

Horrible place. The staff is miserable and incompetent. They act like they don’t know what is going on when you ask a simple question. They charged $250 for me to tell them what the problem was with my vision and that they cannot help. They sent me to the waiting area THREE times. I could barely make out the letters during the initial eye exam but yet the doctor said my vision was fine. All they want is more money. HORRIBLE staff. The doctor does not even know what he is doing. A mess and waste of your time. I recommend you just go somewhere else.
