I've been going to this location for 4 years now, and even though not at all convenient to my home or work, it is well worth going out of my way. The staff are very throrough, and really want clients to have the best vision solution possible. I'm super inpressed with how much they help with the selection of the best frames for your particular needs, not just what is fashionable. I'll never go anywhere else if I can possibly help it!

I have been using Levin Eyecare since it was Optical Solution, and, in my heart, it will always be Optical Eyecare because most of the people I work with now were with me more than twenty years ago. They know me, they know my family, and most of all they know my eyes and taste in frames. They have gone out of their way to accommodate me, which is what you get with family. In this age of small, familiar practices being consumed by large corporate businesses, this is one place that refuses to give up the attention paid to everyone who walks through the door.

I would have given them 0 if I could. I went to Levin Eye care because of the good reviews. My 1st visit was good. Happy about the experience, I decided to take an appointment for my son. Came for the eye exam, ordered the lenses, paid for it and left. I received a call 3 weeks later to come pick up my son's glasses. Left work early to get there before they close. The lady at the front desk (03-20 at 4pm) was EXTREMELY disrespectful as she stated that my son had already picked up his glasses, had broke them up his and I had brought them back to be replaced couple days ago. I was chocked. I tried to explain as calmly as possible that I was there for new glasses not a replacement. I explained that I received the call couple days ago about picking up the new glasses and I am just now coming to pick up them up. She treated me like C...and said that she won't be refunding me after I told him that I rater not deal with her anymore. This is the WORSE experience that I have ever had..I rather lost money that dealing with the lady again so I called my insurance company to cancel the transaction and left with no glasses and extremely disappointed.
