I almost never write reviews except if things are really great or really bad. My whole experience with Levin Eyecare in Westminster has been terrible. An $1,100 mistake. The glasses don't fit. During 1 of 6 adjustments they cracked the temples. I asked for the pd measures from my scrip they said no. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

The best experience at Levin Eye Care!!! Ms. Darlene and her staff are very friendly, polite, and are happy to help you with anything you need!! Dr Surdin was great and very helpful as well!! I love my glasses and I recommend this place to anyone!!! Great job everyone!!!!!

TL:DR- Stay far far far away from this place! The only reason this is a 2 star review is because I think Dr Waxman is a very good Dr and I dont want this to speak badly of him. The girls in the front office however (with the exception of Angie) are totally incompetent. I ordered glasses last week and they took my money but didnt place the order. Later that same day when they got around to placing my order I got a phone call that said they didnt offer the style I picked in the color I picked. Even though they had them on display that way, and in the system that way. They said they could refund my money without me coming back in and I said ok sure I will come in and pick something else but for now please refund me. A week later and no money! I call and they tell me that they were sure I told them that I'd come in to chose a different color and NOT to refund it. Then they said they couldnt do it over the phone unless I gave them my card number, which I immediately did and told them to refund it right away. An hour later I get a call from them saying "oh now I remember, I did refund it that day" when I asked how this was possible because I never gave my card number over the phone. She gave me some story and said I could come in to pick up the reciept for proof. I then asked them to email me a copy of my prescription so I could go somewhere else (for half the price). They said they could fax it but were unsure how to email a copy. WHO in 2019 doesn't know how to email an attachment in the business world? She said she would have to ask Angie and let me know. 3 hours later Angie calls me and says the email was not going through. I gave them my email and they said they had it wrong. Of course this is after I gave it to the other lady 4 times!!! And it should have been on my account anyway. 2 weeks later and I still have not got my refund from them. I will never purchase glasses or contacts from them ever again and I urge everyone to do the same.

I got a piece of cinder block in my eye because I wasn't wearing my safety glasses after I realized it wasn't able to get it out myself I started looking at emergency care places in Westminster After realizing they all had 1 and 2 star reviews I started looking at eye doctors and Levin quickly caught my eye with their 5 star reviews. I called to see if they would see me got there in 10 minutes was greeted by friendly staff Who didn't make fun of me for not wearing my safety glasses And after a little paperwork I was in the chair so happy for my decision to go to an eye doctor The care was unbelievably gentle and thorough and the part was quickly removed from up in my eyelid I was given drops to help me get over the scratch surface on my lense and a prescription for antibiotics. The care was wonderful and it's easy to see why this eye doctor has so many 5 star reviews thank you again for your help
