This is an outstanding practice. The remodeled waiting areas are comfortable, the staff is friendly and professional, and the doctors are top notch. My family has seen Dr. Telahun and Dr. Rivera and they are both excellent doctors. The office has modern equipment used for advanced diagnoses of eye issues and they can treat rare eye problems. I highly recommend this practice!

Wait time is unacceptable. Office management tends to overbook doctor''s schedule. Too many patents in wait room. Been here for over an hour and only thing completed was the field test. Stlll waiting to see Dr for annual exam. This will be my last appointment with this mis managed pratice.

My visit on 10/26/18 was amazing. I had an emergency apt an they took me fast. Dr. Rivera is a wonderful doctor. All the staff took great care of me. Explained all the test I was going to have. I recommend this place to my family and friends. Thank you for everything

I can always appreciate an excellent Dr that is efficient and on time with appts, I've never had a long wait for Dr Ragland. I have been going to him for years since I was a teenager and had him perform my LASIK eye surgery.

This place is an assembly line. We waited over an hour to be seen. The tech was not polite and didn't seem knowledgeable. At that point we walked out. The doctor couldn't have been worth a shot if that is how the staff and office are.
