Horrible. He is liar. Lied saying that he could make my mother in law give her referral to eye retinal specialist. And she called this morning and he said he couldn't do that. What a waste of time

I've been seeing Dr. A for about 5 years. He's awesome. I've had eye surgery with him and it's been a total success. He's kind and listens and spends quality time with patients though sometimes he's very busy.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ashburn for over 35 years. He is my hero. He is responsible for my continued good eye sight. I have referred all my family members and numerous friends to Dr. Ashburn. All have been enthusiastically happy with his professionalism, demeanor, and skills. I recently moved from the Washington, DC area to Nashville, TN, and I continue to see Dr. Ashburn. It's worth the time and the money to be a patient of the best.

This office gets 2 stars. I called the office in Virginia and was unable to reach anyone and luckily this office answered the phone. However, they do not accept Aetna Insurance. They said they do but I will pay $200 out of pocket for office visit. I guess that means you don’t then. Very confusing. Don’t recommend them!
