Today was my first appointment with Dr. Sirotkin and my first experience at the Eagle Eye Care facility. Firstly, parking is a dream. It’s available. It’s accessible. It’s close to the building. Once you enter the Eagle Eye suite, it is obvious that the suite is pristine and clean from top to bottom. Even the ceiling vents are spotless. I was greeted immediately and with such kindness by the administrative specialists and opticians in the front of the suite. I was checked in quickly and was never rushed or hurried. Edgar performed various tests on my eyes, which was impressive to me as I had never before had a more thorough examination in all my years of attending previous practices. Edgar even helped calm my nerves during the eye pressure portion of the examination - which was quick and painless as promised. Dr. Sirotkin then took me for the examination. Again, the most thorough I have ever experienced. Every single process was explained thoroughly throughout as well, so I had no reason to be nervous even though it had been several years since I last sat in an optometrist’s chair. He answered every question I had and I honestly learned so much from him about my eyes and optometry in general. Both he and Edgar were really amazing at that. Their passion for the field is contagious. Once my exam was finished, I went back out to the front with my prescription in hand to choose frames. They helped me pick out THE. CUTEST. FRAMES. EVER. Astigmatism never looked so stylish. Seriously. I can’t wait to get them in. The optician, Rose, even explained the prescription to me and helped me choose different options for the lenses (scratch resistant, etc.) She never tried to sell me on something superfluous and she never pressured me. Honestly, I can’t wait to go back in a week or two for the glasses because I genuinely enjoy the company of the staff here. They care. Genuinely care. Here you get expertise AND investment. Everyone is truly invested in you and it’s unlike anything I’ve experienced at the optometrist’s before. I already made my appointment for next year. Eagle Eye will be MY PLACE from now on. Come in and make it your place too!

dr. sirotkin and staff are very nice and helpful. you are typically in and out within 30 - 45 minutes for a eye exam. only complaint is that when purchasing glasses i wasn't a big fan of their frame selection. also, i think its cheaper to purchase contact lenses online than through here WITH insurance. obviously, that will depend on your insurance. i have VSP.

Dr. Sirokin is very skilled at optical examination and the subsequent management of patient concerns. As he proceeds with the examination he receives and responds to questions that make the examination more understandable. He takes the time to inquire about your life as it relates to your vision needs and then he allows that conversation to inform the best possible solution for your refractive corrective needs. He is also supported by a proactive and extremely caring staff of professionals. In all situations they try to find the best and most affordable solution to your prescription.

Care was okay, but I keep getting bills showing I owe yet ANOTHER $59 though I have insurance and gave my credit card to cover the copay when I left the office. I guess I cannot dispute this, and maybe I'm off base, but it's strange enough to make me avoid this practice in the future.

Dr. Sirotkin is very knowledgeable and gave me all the info I needed about my eyes after his examination, describing the elements that I needed to hear. The rest of the staff was friendly and helpful. In particular, Rose was very helpful. She helped break down my insurance coverage for me and stuck with me while I picked up new frames. Previous places I have been don't care enough to do that, and I have a hard time deciding what looks good without my significant other to tell me so. Rose picked out two frames that she said should look good on me, and wow did she choose really well. I definitely recommend coming here, first of all to see Dr. Sirotkin for a great exam, and next please see Rose for assistance with frames and lenses, you won't regret it!

I thought the eye doctor was very knowledgeable. However, when I went to get some glasses made, I could not see as well as I could with my old glasses. I told them this when I went to pick the glasses up and said that I didn't want the glasses and wanted to return them because my old one's worked better. The lady told me to try the glasses for a few weeks and then come back if I was not satisfied. So I did that. Trying them out did not change anything. My old glasses were still better. So then I brought them back and I was told that I could not return them. Next time I'll just stick to Visionworks where they actually do let you return glasses if you're not satisfied.

After an extensive search for a new eye doctor, I stumbled upon this place because of it's excellent reviews and decided to see for myself if this was true. The staff is so friendly! I was having issues contacting and confirming my health insurance coverage and they were so patient and kind. The doctor is very knowledgeable and seemed to give me unbiased information after my eye exam. I did not feel pressured to buy anything I did not want to. I have been to several eye places where they pressure you to buy their most expensive eye glasses and this place was not like that! Also, they are very prompt in answering their emails. I contacted them via email and they were very easy to communicate with. I did end up ordering glasses from them and they would call me to update me on the status of my glasses! They recently updated their office and are able to have your glasses ready pretty quickly in their lab (the same day if possible). They are customer-service oriented and will treat you well! And just in case you're wondering, they are not the kind of place to beg you to write a review. Their reviews are well earned and they never mentioned writing a good review for them! I think this is something I notice and cannot stand if places beg for a good review. Anyways, I felt very comfortable in this office and will definitely come back every year for my eye exams! Definitely recommend.

I would not go anywhere else! Dr Sirotkin and the whole staff are very knowledgeable, thorough, competent and kind! They always answer questions, take walk in repairs and adjustments. As far as optical technicians go, Rose is simply the best. I always look forward to my appointments at Eagle Eye Care. These folks aren't just superb specialists, they are amazing people.
