We recently moved to the area and so this was my first appointment at Dunkirk Vision. I was very impressed with the professionalism and care I received. Dr. Rose Susel reviewed the records I had faxed in from my last eye doctor and completed a very thorough exam with some equipment I've never seen with previous eye doctors. Thankfully I've had excellent eye care in the past, and Dunkirk Vision and Dr. Susel are now at the top of the list.

Dr. Lucente and his team were incredible. I entered the office and the paperwork process was simple and quick. my wait time was short and I was taken back and all my tests were run quickly. The team was warm, welcoming and very helpful. Dr. Lucente was very thorough in his examination and showed genuine care and concern. As I have continued to work through some health concerns that were discovered upon my visit to Dunkirk Vision, the whole staff, including Dr. Susel, have been extremely helpful and patient. Most thorough eye exam ever! I was seen on time and never waited in between tests. This is by far the best eye exam experience I have ever received! So glad I switched from Prince Frederick!!
