Dr. Madsen is a life-changer for me. For years I had been lead to believe that contacts were supposed to be uncomfortable. I went in for a contact lens fitting with her and she meticulously went through many lenses with me until she found one that was PERFECT. I haven't experienced this level of care and professionalism anywhere else. Highly recommend this office.

I reviewed Dr. Nicholson's office separately because my experience there was actually really positive. The only redeeming feature of this Costco vision center is the affiliation with this optometry office. The person at their eye wear desk took every single part of my information down incorrectly. When I called several weeks later to find out why my lenses had never come in, they couldn't find me in their system at all through my name, my phone number my address...even though I had given them the paper with my prescription that had much of this listed correctly. I was only able to obtain the contacts I ordered by coming in person with my receipt and making a big stink in front of other potential customers. This was 6-8 weeks after placing my order and multiple phone calls later. I was never able to get in touch with a manager, even after several tries, to figure out why I had to beg and plead to get my hands on a years supply of contacts that I had already paid for in full.

Cecelia and the entire team are uber professional. Costco glasses are on par with the highest-end optical stores. Great selection. Very satisfied with both service and product quality. I highly recommend this store.

Very convenient and inexpensive for a contact lens exam. Great for those without vision insurance. Didn't even realize Costco had a vision center. I had low expectations but Dr. Madsen was great. The exam and fitting didn't feel discounted in any way.
