I want to speak on how well Ms. Britney and doctor Rebecca treated my sister. She was was there for a emergency and they took their time with her Ms. Brit even sat and prayed with her at my sisters request and she cried with her. she calmed her nerves and explained what she was doing and showed her that you all rlly care. I can’t thank you enough. I recommend this office!

As I checked in I was made aware that I was 45 minutes early. This was the same attitude that the person next to me at the counter received. My question is that I am not certain whether I was a patient, customer, or part of their revenue stream. Very impersonal.

Dr. Scott is the best. An expert in her field that likes to listen and talk to patients. Her staff is top notch. Always courteous, kind and on point with paperwork and office administration! For My Aunt Merlie she went from looking at the world thru "2 dirty windows you barely see through"to clear vision that makes her life easier and more enjoyable. It's like she has a new lease on life! Would recommend Chesapeake Eye Care to anyone and everyone. They truly were good at what they do and we felt cared for overstep of the way.

Chesapeake Eye Care and Surgery Center receives 5 Star's from this Patient. I have had routine visits, emergency visits and scheduled facial visits. Each and every office employee treated me politely and without wait time. Understanding that this is a large practice, some may experience a wait. That being said, the Doctors in the practice are some of the best in the country in their specialty...Well Worth The Wait!

I had an appointment at 11:20 a.m. and did not get finished and leave the building until 1:07 p.m. and when I went to the front desk to make my next 6 month appointment in the spring months with Dr. Nesti they said she was all booked up. I may have been told this because I complained about how long it took to finally see Dr. Nesti which only took less then 10 minutes. So you tell me am I being punished for complaining or is it possible she is really booked up in the spring months like they said. Does this mean I have to look for another glaucoma specialist in the Annapolis area. I personally like Dr. Nesti but who made this decision.

Well I have been on hold not to make an appointment for 21 minutes....Really unacceptable. I am to frustrated for words and after reading the other reviews, I am asking my doctor for a referral to somewhere else. This is So poor.

I had a terrible experience at this center. Lori Kelly is one of the managers there and when I had an issue, she was rude and unhelpful. She is by far one of the most inconsiderate people I have ever dealt with. I will never visit this center again.

Very friendly staff, awesome Doctor's. People who complain about not getting new contact lenses don't understand how RX's work. It's the same everywhere you go. An RX is only good for a year. Legally, to get a new medical device, you need a new RX for contacts, period. You are the only one to blame if you let your RX expire, just like any other medication.

This is a big, busy practice. Sometimes, it's hard to get an appointment, especially if the rest of your schedule is tight. But the advantages are that there are many doctors with many specialties who can provide a very high level of care for a wide variety of eye issues. These doctors are highly experienced and competent As an additional benefit, from the doctors on down, the people here are generally courteous, kind, and caring.

Lucky me, great eye sight my entire life up until ... dry eye!!! Thankfully I was a Dr. Maria Scott fan and long time patient from the start. I "grew up" with their pioneering procedures while also offering feedback. All the while, benefiting greatly from their professionalism and guidance with such a debilitating issue especially over 10 years ago when it wasn't even acknowledged. Thank you to Dr. Zwick and now Dr. Trudo for continuing to offer solutions and encouragement in my quest for moisture and clear vision!! Very challenging to get an appointment and really to get a hold of anyone. They transfer you all over the place. Not a very friendly staff at the reception desk. I had a decent experience when I went in for my appointment, but the doctor insisted that my prescription had changed (when I told her mine was working fine) and now I am experiencing headaches and other issues with this new prescription. I would not recommend.

I’ll be honest! I was very happy with the asstant that did my exam and the doctor but I was not happy with that lady at the front desk. Very beautiful woman I think I remember her name kelsey or chelsey but she has an awful attitude and I had to wait for her to get off her cell phone to help me on that machine to put my insurance in. Other than that I was happy with my visit.

Dr. Karen B. Shelton of the practice is incompetent. Could not even write a prescription. Tried calling the office many times and no response from the office manager- Mike. Waste of my co-pay of $30 dollars and billing to the insurance company. STAY AWAY!!

I can't say enough about the quality of care I have received from Chesapeake Eye Care and Laser Center. I've been a patient of both Dr. Scott and Dr. Zwick and have had great experiences with both - so much so that I have referred both my mother and mother in law to the practice. My mother in law has had cataract surgery and loves the results.

This office is very hard to have them respond or address issues. I needed contact lenses and I had to make at least 4 calls until I was able to speak to the person who places the orders. Now, I need more but they are telling me that me prescription is expired and I need to see the Dr for new assessment. Therefore, they can't order any lenses for me until I see the Dr. in mean time I am running out of lenses and I have to wait for new appointment. I am fine with my lenses and I don't need new evaluation, this is for them just to make money and charge me for new lens evaluation.

Ever since I was little I have had terrible vision. I remember when I got glasses for the first time and could finally see the individual blades of grass, then when I was prescribed contacts I thought that life couldn’t get any better… LASIK is literally a whole new WORLD. The procedure and recovery time was surprisingly fast. Waking up and having 20/20 vision is amazing. Thanks Dr. Scott and the entire Chesapeake Eye Care staff!

Dr. Zwick performed blepharoplasty on me two and a half weeks ago. My experience was entirely positive. To a person the entire staff was compassionate and helpful. Dr. Zwick took time to answer all my questions, and called me the evening of the surgery. I had minimal pain and in two weeks the surgery was hardly noticeable. I highly recommend Dr. Zwick and his team.

I am here right now and it's been 40 minutes so that I have been waiting. I was early as instructed so at least be on time with me. I am seriously going to leave . Now. I"m done. Went next door to original office where there were 3 ladies sitting there looking at me when I walked in like I was crazy. I waited months to get an appointment, I left work an hour early to be early, I am scheduled with some new provider I have never met, I am in a new office I am not familiar with, and now you are acting like it's ok we will just reschedule you. No thank you. You will not waste anymore of my time. I am extremely disappointed because I have been happily coming for several years and now I have been treated so unimportant.

Very professional, personable, patient oriented, down to earth.I cannot say enough.Additionally, the optometric tech, Bernadette.....the best I have ever encountered.Friendly, extremely knowledgeable, loves her job.....just a great experience.Love you all.
