I had 3 procedures at the Surgery Center, I was very disappointed none of the procedures worked. My insurance paid the center all but $300 for each procedure and the office refused to accept that after I was told by my doctor it would be covered 100%!! They also would not work with me on payments, they sent to collections without notifying me and the bill went up another $380. They front staff and nurses for very good but I would not recommend this facility to any one!!

I have been going to BEP for many years. Never had a problem. Care is excellent I never wait exceptionally long. All questions are answered. The staff is friendly and efficient. I travel one hour for my appointments because I like them so much. I see dr doxanas most of the time. Dr ehrlich is good also.

I found Baltimore Eye Physicians on the web several years ago. I found their website informative and easily navigable. I came in for a consultation and was happy with my initial experience. the staff was pleasant and professional, the facilities were clean, my appointment was on time. I have been back many times for routine eye exams, bought several pairs of contacts, glasses, and sunglasses through them. Every time my appointment was prompt and satisfactory. My 14 year old daughter was with me for one of my appointments. At the time, she had bad acne and scaring from it. Dr Doxanas saw her and told me about their IPL machine which could help. We decided to try a treatment. The result was amazing. We went back a few times and it really cleared it up! Not only did it clear up the acne, but it greatly reduced the scarring. People at school noticed too, and asked what she did to get rid of her acne. The reason I didn’t give BEP a 5 star review is I feel like their frames selection is lacking. I would like to see them carry more name brands like Ray Ban, Oakley, and Maui Jim. I trust these names, and they make frames that fit my big head. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone “looking” for an ophthalmologist.

Dr. Doxanas found an abrasion on my eye that previous eye doctor did not. He placed a bandaid type contact lens on my eye and prescribed me eye drops to use. Only been about 2 hours but my eye isn't nearly as irritated as it was. Have to go back on Saturday to get lens off and see what status of eye is.

I was seen on an emergency basis. I saw three Doctors during this episode. Dr. Ehrlich, Dr. Doxanus and Dr. Hammadi. This practice is closed on Saturday but Dr. Doxanus Open the door and saw me on Saturday morning. All of the doctors seem to give you their home phone numbers or cell phone number . They are amazingly patient centered. I can't say enough good things about these people
