Was scheduled for a 9A appt. Was told to arrive 15 min early. Arrived 15 min. early, waited in the brutally cold sub temps. for over 10 min as whomever was scheduled to open did not arrive on time. I left because Iwas cold and they didn't open on time. They then billed me $40 missed appointment fee. Needless to say I'm not paying it!

After many years as a big box eye care patient, I am pleased to say I have been a very happy patient of Advanced Eye Care for 5 years now.! Not only is everyone friendly and helpful but I always feel I am getting the best care possible. I feel like a patient and not just a number. Spent 2.5 hours for an eye exam and another 1.75 hours for a simple 15 minute test. Am thinking of changing my eye doctor

Debbie at the front desk really needs to work on her customer service and communication skills. I initially called to ask for a print out of my perscription. And I said "hi I'm calling to see if I can have a copy of my perscription from not this February but the February before for my glasses printed out so I can come pick it up" and she says "oh well if it's from the February before this past February then it wouldn't be good anymore." I've been wearing glasses for almost 15 years. I know my basic eye glasses RX lasts 2 years. Then I come pick it up and the base of my lenses aren't on my RX. so I have to call back again. Then I need my pupillary distance. But evidentally that's not documented when you go in to set up a glasses order and she couldn't tell me why. So I said okay thank you, then she hung up on me. Great customer service. I don't have 160$ to put into new frames. So I'm trying to order them off of zenni optical online. But I need all this information. I felt like every time I called back to ask a new question Debbie had an issue with it. Thanks advance accociates for creating such an issue where there didn't need to be one.

Dr. Whitney McConkey is professional and personable. She takes the necessary amount of time to test your eyes, explain any issues and treatment. I would highly recommend Dr. McConkey at Advanced Eye Care to anyone looking for a pleasant experience when going for an eye exam as the entire staff is the definition of “service with a smile”.

Excellent Service. I had an eye injury and they took me in right away. (maybe a 1 hour wait?) Everyone I spoke with was professional and very nice. A beautiful office and waiting area. I was very impressed with Dr. Feulner. She was wonderful. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for eye care. 5 stars all the way!

First eye checkup as an adult...long overdue. I had the privilege of being seen by Dr. Jason Sober D.O. Front end team was nice, approachable and respectful. Appointment was on time and visit didn't linger on. Dr. Sober made me feel comfortable during the visit. Overall great experience. I will be recommending the office and doctor to family and friends.

This review is actually for one of the other doctors at Advanced Eye Care, Dr. Sally Mina. My wife has been seeing Dr. Mina, and I went along last month for her visit since Dr. Mina was dilating my wife's eyes. I was in the exam room during part of her visit, and was very impressed with Dr. Mina's thoroughness. Since i hadn't had an eye exam in years I decided to see Dr. Mina too. As before Dr. Mina was very thorough, and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. She went into detail to make sure I understood the condition of my eyes, and always had a very friendly manner. I've had many other eye exams, but never one so thorough yet pleasant. I would definitely recommend Dr. Mina and all the staff at Advanced Eye Care to anyone seeking a thorough and highly competent eye professional. The office is very clean and bright, and the wait was not bad either. Definitely a 5 Star experience!

Everyone I interacted with-- via phone and in-person-- was kind. I got a reminder call a few days before the appointment, and then a reminder text a few hours before it, which is nice. The office was clean and nicely furnished and decorated. I had to wait maybe twenty minutes past the appointment time, but Dr. Sober seemed skilled and was patient with my questioning, and the appointment itself was surprisingly quick; took my longer to pick out my frames afterwards. They seem to embrace new technologies: From SMS appointment reminders, to the online patient portal, to the tools used for examination. I'm typically anxious about all things medical, but this was nothing but a good experience, and I'm glad I went.
