Worse eye practice i have ever seen.i understand there is waiting times.They always over book appontment s .Always the same comments running behind..when your appontment is scheduled for 330 an you are leaving at 630..Very rude front desk service..I would not recommend this to anyone.

Care is excellent, but expect to be here at least three hours every single time. I think the facility is too small and short - staffed.

Nice folks and decent selection of glasses. I'm not unhappy with their service, & they replaced the lenses they recommended at no cost. I'm only displeased with the lenses they recommended - the progressive lenses weren't the most clear and unless you are continually looking exactly-straight at something all the time - not above or below at all - it was blurry. The smallest amount above, lower or to either side, it wasn't clear at all. I didn't find them safe to use while driving and they gave my wife a headache.

I was there 4 hours to be fitted for contacts that were the wrong proscription, told them I couldn’t see before I left and then had to make another appointment to have them corrected and was told I would be charged! Then the second appointment they scheduled me for 7:30 when they don’t even open until 8!!!

The staff is always accommodating and helpful. My wait has never been long given the nature of my visit.

Worse place ever for customer service..... Unless you don't mind wasting half of your day for an eye exam. I showed up at 110pm for a 115 appointment. Sat there for an hour just to learn "we are running a bit behind!"oh and there's still a couple people ahead of you. I recommend poulin.Eye Care here in wtvl for all my eye Care needs
