Horrible experience!..they charge wrong a customer and refund me their money. Had to go there like 5 times try to fix the problem!..Then when finally the refund was done they did a double transaction so they took out more money that they shouldn't !...I was 39 pregnant and they had me back and foward for a big mistake that they did!..ppl check your receipt before leaving the place..Also cheap quality you can find better in any other optical.

I was a walk-in for the eye exam and they were going to be extremely busy. However, they completed the exam and had me next door getting glasses within about 45 minutes from check-in to finish. I forgot her name, but the nice lady who helped me showed me exactly where to find the frames I could afford. Although for the quality, even the highest price frames weren't bad at all. Once I picked out my frames, I was told it would be about an hour. 30 minutes later they were completely done. As soon as I walked in the door they got my glasses for me. They gave them a final cleaning and they let me try them out to make sure they fit correctly and allowed me to finally see clearly. I'm so glad I went there vs waiting until August or September everywhere else. All together I had the basic eye exam and got two pairs of complete glasses for about 140 bucks. And I don't have any insurance.

I like the fact I can get my glasses in 30mins, that was the best part. Only thing I didn't like was the fact i was getting my eyes looked at I had no ideal they did my youngest eye exam while taking pictures of my eyes, which is a no no for me, she is a minor and I'm afraid they got her prescription way off!! So I'm taking her somewhere else for a second opinion. Now they have very limited glasses here.. and we have Medicaid but I'm very aware that my kids insurance pays for what ever lens they want, you know NO glare..thin and etc..they didnt show us our options and if it wasn't cover I had no problem paying extra..now they were very fast trying to get us out. I'm lucky we like our frames just not how fast things went.. wanted some help but it wasn't happening too much gossiping no help.. but I am happy my baby can see again and start making those good grades she's known to make. another thing is I didn't get no receipt and the glasses case I was given was way too small for our glasses to fit in...plus we didn't get no cloth to clean our glasses which I guess needed to be separately purchase I guess. Other than that their fast and can have your lens ready same day. So we're okay with that.

Dr Kelly (the elder one in Bossier City LA) is not only Precious, but he is an excellent optometrist and our prescription was spot on! Praise The Lord! After our exam with him we stepped over to the eye glass side and we were helped by LaShandra. She is Awesome! LaShandra helped us understand what we really wanted, when we weren’t so sure, and she guided us to the Best Buy for what we needed. Thank You, LaShandra for going above and beyond what was/is expected... that is so rare in this day and age! When we picked up our glasses, OMGosh, We could see so clearly! I spent $161 on single pair of pretty decent glasses plus $65 on the eye exam. I've had them for a day and my vision seems as blurry today as it was yesterday. They advertise $38 on 2 pair but the selection for men in that price range is horrible. If you could in fact pay $38 for glasses that fit. The only reason I give two stars is the nice staff.

I came to bring my husbands glasses to fix because the glass came out of the frame and supposable a lady fixed it and i leave and i look at the glasses and the plastic that was holding the glass frame is messed up i come back again them thinking i have all the time in the world and another lady tells me thats how the frame is and no t was not it was a broken frame..

Had to remake my glasses 2 times! Hope they are right this time. .. I did not find the employees very friendly, and they don't even sit you down to make sure they don't need to adjust them, when your picking up your glasses. I have never seen this in any place I have ever used.

I first visited this Vision 4 Less on 5/29/18 when I was able to see the optometrist next door as well as pick out 2 pair of glasses. The prescription in my right eye was changed a bit and the doctor said it would take a good day to get used to the new glasses. The new glasses were ready within 2 hours. I picked them up and told the young lady behind the counter that the vision was not clear but I expected to have an issue because of what the doctor had said so I took the glasses. Things that didn't happen in my first visit. 1. The different lense options were not explained to me until after I had made my purchase and questioned the associate about the sales aid on the table. She was short with me telling me she had but I didn't understand. 2. When asked if they have a military discount, the same associate's response was "do you have that coupon?" 3. I was not asked if I wanted to purchase a lense warrantee until after I had made my purchase and the associate was telling me about the frame warrantee. When I questioned the lenses she said there was no warrantee on the lenses unless a warrantee was purchased. 4. When I picked up the glasses no one offered to fit the glasses, attempt to see if the glasses looked correct, or any other type of assistance other than they cleaned the lenses and handed them to me. 5. There is a laminated sales aid that is to be used when you pick up your glasses. It states "hold at arms length, this is 12 point font..." I was not offered this to check my vision, I had to pick it up myself. Yesterday (6/4/18 soonest appointment available) I was able to get back in to see the doctor to confirm that my prescription was ok and that the glasses were ok. Both were good to go. The problem ended up being with the progressive lense. I have worn progressive lenses for over 20 years. For some reason with the first pair they made I was having to look through the bottom hair of my lenses to read my computer and my phone. I had the worst headache! They were going to just raise where my eyes lined up but in the end had to adjust the script so that my middle vision was what I am gonna guess a little stronger. Now... You would have thought that since I had already paid for my glasses once, that they would be ready in the same amount of time as the first. Nope! They weren't even ready until today (6/5/18). Today was just as ridiculous. The lense changes in the sunglasses stretched them out and made them loose on my head. The associate took it upon herself to bend a plastic arm that she had been told was not adjustable. What did happen is that a different associate was willing to step in and offer to have the lenses put into a new set of frames. For her, there is a 5 star rating. She was professional and efficient.

And I do mean EXTREMELY. For the women's frames it's like 2 rows of glasses, and several of those on the rows are the same glasses.

This is the most unorganized, unfriendly eye glass place I have ever visited. Needs to be in Shreveport, the employees act like they are from the ghetto. Especially the employees they brought over from their previous location in Texas Street. I will not return. The rating should be a zero!

Love this place! I got the insurance that is worth every penny. My dog ate my glasses and they gave me a new pair in an hour no questions asked. I have had multiple good experiences. Lashundra is ALWAYS so sweet. I always like my glasses, and they get them made so quickly. The only thing I would suggest to improve would be sit folks down when they come in to pick up new glasses. Make sure any adjustments are made right then. I got my new glasses yesterday and was back this morning to get them adjusted. It's a rushed process when you initially pick up your glasses.
