EVERY member of the staff is knowledgeable, professional, caring and friendly. The wide frame selection and timeliness of glasses delivery is unparalleled when compared to the 2 other vision services I have used in the last 5 years. The quality of the glass lenses and fit are far superior to any other that I have had. Will not go anywhere else. Thanks Dr. Jeff and staff.

Great doctors and great service ! :) My experiences (yes i've been a faithful customer for a few years). There are many places that i could go to but this establishment has it's act together so well and so professional that i can say why change ? The staff has been top notch, each and everyone of them. I'm treated with kindness and courtesy with each visit. Everyone goes that extra mile. I''ve referred them many times and they've all been highly satisfied.

Eye doctors are great!! Staff is horrible and unprofessional. I've seen them laugh and make fun of patients behind their backs and one of the young girls who works at the front desk is rude and always stuck up when you have an issue or need to reschedule. Been going for two years with my kids and just made my decision to find a new place that treats their patients with more kindness and understanding. Also...very poor glass choices for kids. Not many to choose from. We got a used cracked frame pair and had to pay for them still.

Best eye doctor I’ve been to ever. I’ve been through several eye doctors and eye glasses, and no one has been able to prescribe me more perfectly. A customer’s assistant helped me for almost an hour picking our the right frame as if she was my best friend. Two weeks later, my perfect glasses came in with the most accurate lenses. SUPER SATISFIED!!!!

Leanne and Dr. Amy did an amazing job of helping me understand the what and why of every step of my exam. It was a comfortable, informational and fun experience. After the exam came the most important part: picking my glasses! Janet patiently and expertly assisted me in the selection of frames (I stress patiently, I'm picky and indecisive!) she had a great eye for matching frames to faces, and just like in the exam, she explained why! I've never had a full-on consultation at every step of an optometrist visit, this was amazing service from start to finish (complementary Keurig coffee!?). Highly recommend!

Wait was entirely too long. My daughters appointment was for 3:00 and we got there early to fill out paperwork at 2:30 ish and we were not seen by the Dr. until 4:00. Very frustrating to say the least and then the Dr. claims he took too long with the last patient. You mean and hour too long?? Maybe there should be more than 1 Dr. Not sure if we will be back. We are a family of 5 that is very busy and don't have that kind of time to waste. There is other Dr. out there that I am sure don't have that kind of a wait time.

Ever since 2005, a week after Katrina, when using a spray disinfectant to clean my flooded house caused my eyes to kind of bubble over my eye lids, this has been my first stop for eye care. The treatment I get here has always been excellent.

I cut my cornea working in the yard---just moved here and didn't know any eye doctors. I called their office as my hubby was taking me to the ER, and they said they would wait on me--on a Friday evening! The doctor took me straight in and checked my eye, then administered pain drops and a contact lens bandage. The pain immediately stopped. They set me up for a before-opening check on Monday and all was well! Yes, these folks get an A++++ from me!

She was so informative and actually cared about what I was saying. If she was in the middle of typing something & I started to talk, she would stop and engage in the conversation. You don’t find that too often nowadays!

In regards to a previous review I had a good experience minus the wrong size case provided for my glasses. The manager called me and sincerely apologized and offered to let me switch it out. Dr. Jeff is awesome. He saw me, my 4 year old, and 9 year old. He was very thorough and super engaging. He talked on a level that would keep my children informed and comfortable. He was super awesome! I had my 8 week old with me during the exams. He was very understanding and made me feel comfortable the whole time while I had my eye holding my newborn as well as when I had to change her diaper and nurse her. The individual that helped me pick out my glasses was amazing too. She listened to what I liked and helped me find the perfect pair to fit my face.
