The office staff is rude and incompetent. Paperwork needed for my daughter's school to document her vision has been sent to them by the school twice and personally dropped off twice and still has not been completed.

I would give zero stars if I could. "Dr." Dugan couldn't diagnose my torn retina. She said it was safe to fly. When I got back from my trip, I went to see her and drove to her office across the Causeway because I knew something wasn't right. She told me "this was not an emergency" and made me feel so stupid. I got a second opinion, and turns out my gut was right. The doctor said I had a torn retina for more than 6 weeks because there was a lot of sediment in there. Would not recommend her, esp if you're having issues.
