Glasses & contacts have been a part of my life since I was 6 years old. After 26 years of wearing them, I finally made the decision to have corrective surgery. Dr. Coleman performed the SMILE procedure on me & the very next day I had 20/20 vision. 1 week later my vision is 20/15 & should only keep improving! I wish I'd done this sooner, but I'm thankful to have done it now. The SMILE procedure was definitely worth waiting for!

With the latest technology in my optic lens implant, I was able to read the smallest typewritten words that even other adults could not even read. Unbelieveable!! After wearing contacts and glasses for 27 years, I finally decided to check into corrective eye surgery. After attending an afterhours seminar with Dr. Coleman and his staff, it was determined that I was a candidate for PRK surgery, instead of Lasik surgery, due to having thin corneas. Dr. Coleman's staff, especially Inka, was extremely helpful and patient with every call and text message I had with questions and concerns about the surgery. They have all been very helpful, courteous and friendly each and every time I have had to contact them for anything. I will say that I was a little skeptical at first due to the length of time it was taking for my vision to finally adjust, but each time I had an appointment, I regained confidence that my vision would eventually get to the point where I could see without any issues. Low and behold right around the 5 month mark, my vision was absolutely spectacular! With PRK surgery and the amount of correction I needed, I was informed the timeline for full adjustment could be anywhere from 3-6 months. Yikes! I am proud to say I now have 20/15 vision in both eyes and could not be more grateful and happy with the decision I made. Thank you so much WK Eye Institute, Dr. Coleman III, Inka and staff for making my quest for improved vision a reality!!!

After seeing Dr. Coleman and having LASIX my vision has drastically improved andI know longer worry about contacts or glasses. I have worn glasses for 20+ years and I never thought I would be able to see clearly without them. I am also diabetic. I developed cataracts and was referred to Dr Coleman. After an exam, he recommended removal of cataracts and lens implants. I was given option of lens, and chose the multi-focal lens. I no longer have to wear glasses and my vision is now 20/20 and 20/25. Dr Coleman and his staff are very attentive and professional and I am so thankful for the gift of restored vision. I highly recommend Dr Coleman!
