Dr. Zaffater performed my LASIK in 2018. My eye sight is now 20/15 without glasses. The procedure went very well with little to no pain. Dr. Zaffater and his staff answered all of my questions and made the entire experience stress free. I definitely would recommend Dr. Zaffater if you are thinking of having LASIK or for any of your eye care needs.

Terrible service for a supposed professional. Staff is snooty and unhelpful. The will not honor your insurance even though they say they accept it. Should have listened to Primary Care Physician when she didn't recommend Dr. Zaffater.

Dr. Zaffater performed LASIK on my eyes and they turned out great! I never even think about what it was like to have worry about contacts or glasses anymore. Even back when I did have glasses and contacts, Dr. Zaffater went above and beyond to help me get what I needed.

I couldn't help but notice the 1 star review of Dr. Zaffater so I had to add my own review and personal experience with him and his staff. I have been to his office several times and I promise you that he has a very friendly staff and he himself is a very nice man. They may not take every insurance so it is your responsibility to ask, BEFORE you get to an office, if they will accept your insurance. Dr. Zaffater has treated me and my entire family and has done an excellent job. My mother had cataract surgery and had the ReSTOR lens and now she does not have to wear glasses at all, not even to read with. Like the last girl said, don't believe all the negative reviews you read, because their experience will not always be your experience. Some people get butt-hurt when things don't go their way.

Dr. Zaffater was highly recommended by a lot of my friends and family. His office staff and so nice and professional and very easy to talk to. Dr. Zaffater is very friendly and has the best bedside manner of any doctor I've been to. He recommended LASIK and now I see 20/15 (that's better than 20/20!!) If anyone tells you that they have a bad experience at his office, they are either lying or have never actually been seen.
