We brought our family of 4 in for eye exams. We were very impressed with the technicians and the Dr. They were very thorough and spent the time needed with each of us to address our individual concerns. The Dr. Gave us very helpful advice going forward and spotted a problem in my eyes in particular that I'd not known about. I highly recommed them for quality eye care.

I stopped by tonight, looking for something to help the sores I’m getting on my nose. A lady (I WISH I got her name!) walked up to me and asked if she could help me. I told her, and showed her the sores on my nose from me glasses. She invited me to sit down, as she went to work meticulously on my nose pieces, paying close attention to every detail of my lenses etc. and made some adjustments. OH MY GOODNESS! Not only have I noticed MUCH less stress on my nose, but my progressive lenses have been adjusted so they work SO much better!!!! Well done! I wish I remembered her name. I shook her hand at the end of our consultation.

No one here has a clue what they're doing. They just love wasting my time, calling me in when all of my contacts aren't there or can't even read the instructions the doctors left. This place is completely incompetent.

I scheduled an eye exam for 3:00PM on Wednesday. Someone left me a voicemail on Tuesday saying there was an issue with getting authorization from my vision insurance. I tried to call her back twice to resolve the issue - no one answered. When I showed up to my appointment, the receptionist informed me that she had cancelled my appointment because they didn't hear from me. I explained that even without the insurance I could have still had my eye exam and paid for it out of pocket. I stepped outside the office and called my vision insurance provider and resolved the issue within 2 minutes - and still within 10 minutes of my original appointment time. The receptionist said that I would have to wait another 45 minutes to see if they could "work me in" but she couldn't guarantee I would get an exam. I will never go back to that office!

Do Not waste your money. First of all they told me that all new patients had to return for a follow up visit which i have never had to do in the past 15 years of wearing glasses and contacts but when i showed up they informed me that they had to cancel my appointment because i wasn't wearing my contacts. When they scheduled my follow up they didn't tell me i had to wear contacts or even what the follow up was for. So now i go to get contacts and they are telling me that i have to do another contact exam and pay another 30!!!! The first time I was in they told me the dr was out of the office and i would have to wait then when i call back now I'm over the 3 month limit and have to pay again!! Seriously they won't refund me for the first exam. I have glasses i didn't need a glasses exam so now I'm being charged again in order to get my contacts. It's a scam to get more money out of you. That's why they advertise they are so cheap because they charge you for an exam but won't let you get contacts!!! Their employees were very rude to me on multiple ocassions that had to deal with them. I don't have time to come back 3 times for a contact exam!!!

From eye exam to check out is literally a three hour ordeal. Even waiting at the store to pick up glasses takes a good hour. They really REALLY need more staff.

I've been going to this location for probably 10 years - since I was in high school but I can't put up with them anymore. The past few years the service has greatly declined. The internal staff are very rude and don't seem to care about calling you back or helping you when you're waiting. I've also never been able to have my insurance cover anything so I'm always paying hundreds of dollars each time I go in. Again, I've been going there for years and it's ALWAYS been expensive, with or without various types of insurance I've had over the years. Also they don't seem to keep a good record of your history because they asked ME if I knew what the prognosis of a field test I took THREE YEARS AGO was. Needless to say, save your time and money and find someone else. I'm disappointed because finding a doctor you like and trust is hard and I've trusted these people for much of my young adult life. STAY AWAY.

Customer service is horrible, employees argue with you and don’t listen. I ordered a pair of glasses and couldn’t see out of it and advised them I think there is something wrong with my prescription for glasses and the employee Cheryl made every excuse in the book that it couldn’t be it and argue about me seeing the doctor again. Very disappointed in the experience as I expected much more. Maybe my expectations were set too high. On top of that they scheduled me an appointment and didn’t even know why. WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!

Horrible place for eye exams. The employees don't ever smile, they look mad if you ask questions. I tried to explain why I was there, they didn't care. Doctor didn't even care! I asked her if my eye was contagious, she said maybe. Wants me to come back in 10 days, no. If you want a great eye doctor, go to Walmart in Gretna, he's fantastic!!

I would like to say the Ophthalmologist and the ladies at the front desk were great, but the people filling out my prescription for glasses are unorganized and lack communication. I was told my glasses would come in 2-3 weeks but never got a call. Once I called them to check to see if my glasses came in they told me “No” then 10 mins later called me back to tell me they had them ready?! The story doesn’t end there becuase once I got my glasses one lens was scratched. So I sent them off and once again they came back scratched on the lens. The ladies told me I would have to use my warranty to get them repaired (even though I had nothing to do with the scratches) for the third time. I had no other choice so I sent them off one last time. It’s been weeks and when I call to check on the status of my glasses one of the ladies tells me there busy and call THEM back and when I do it’s a guy tells me he’s the only one there?! Also, they told me it would only take a couple weeks and it has been 3 weeks. I disappointed and will never get my prescription fill out at this location.
