Excellent glasses! The frames I found at VisionFirst looked great so I selected these for my new glasses. When they arrived I was very pleased. The lenses were perfect and the glasses/frames fit perfectly thanks to the folks at the Frankfort VisionFirst. My daughter had an appointment for an eye exam and contact lens consultation. The doctor she was supposed to see got sick and the office called to see if I wanted to reschedule or be worked in with the other doctor. We chose to be worked in. I am so pleased! We did not have to wait long at all, Dr. Long worked us in quickly, performed her eye exam and then sent us for contact lens consultation. Contact lens consultation went great, the staff were very patient teaching my daughter how to put contact in and remove it and answered all our questions. She's happy, I'm happy, thank you Vision First!!!

Dr. Stallard is the best! Never been to an eye doctor who thoroughly explained everything different options regarding my contact lenses very pleased. I've been wearing contact lenses since I was 12. Now that I'm at that age one of his options were multifocal lenses and Wow what a huge difference!! Didn't get that option with the other eye care store. Answered my questions and Elizabeth was awesome i brought my glasses I got from another eye place and she went glasses shopping and did an excellent job picking out new ones that fit my face shape. And again took her time to explain progressive lenses just awesome. Both Dr. Stallard and Elizabeth are top notch!! Friendly staff!!

These people are so nice. They get you signed in and the paperwork done and there is very little wait time. They seem to have the latest and best equipment. The Dr. is wonderful and explains everything as you go and answers all of my questions too. I highly recommend our Vision First and crew.

Dr. Stallard is so caring and thorough, his staff is also very helpful at all times. The folks that fit you with your glasses and dispense them are always helpful and polite. We have been going to this facility for probably 30 years (pre-Dr. Stallard). Would highly recommend.

I have been going to Vision First for over 10 years now. In previous years they had some very questionable staff, but this year it appears they have fixed those issues. The staff were all very helpful, and I was able to get in, have an exam, and order some new glasses and safety glasses within 45 minutes.

Getting my new glasses was simple and quick with these folks. The eye exam was thorough, they wasted no time giving me an appointment, and the glasses were made quickly. I have a complex prescription which means that my lenses can be very heavy, but these may be the lightest I’ve ever had. Very satisfied!
