Wife ordered glasses. It took 3 weeks not the 10 days they said. When she did get them they were totally the wrong perscription. Now its another 2 weeks for them to fix them. They got 1 star because i couldnt put zero. Never again. Plus quite rude when we got upset about the whole ordeal.

I ordered Maui Jim glasses from Vision Source in January of this year, sunglasses and regular glasses. I was told my glasses would be completed and given to me in 7-10 business days. My sunglasses were not completed until March and my regular glasses have broken twice now and were also not given to me in 7-10 days. The real kicker was when they mailed my repaired glasses to the wrong address even when they had my correct address on file. I have been without my daily wear glasses since May 30th. They refuse to give me a refund and act like I should be grateful that Maui Jim is offering to replace my glasses under warranty. I’m sorry, but why should my warranty have to pay for the office’s screw up? I will never do business with this office again, by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a Vision Source provider.

Everyone was friendly. Except the optometrist, that argued with me. He tried to get me to buy the most expensive contacts after I repeatedly requested a less expensive brand. I was suprised by his persistence and he only relented when I agreed to buy a $30+ bottle of cleaner! Not thrilled with feeling squeezed for $$

Staff is generally friendly. The registration person seemed confused on a few things, but no biggie. I decided to take my daughters here as well. I like that they offer Saturday appointments but for my daughter to get contacts we have to come back for a class which is only offered on Wednesdays. I've worn contacts for years and have seen multiple eye docs over the years and have never heard of this. It's frustrating that I have to take an afternoon off from work to get her to this "class". It was a little difficult to schedule as well. I was told someone would call me to set up her appointment, so about 10 days went by and no one called me to get this scheduled. I had to call them. The day of the appointment/class, I had to cancel so i called them and was told the lady would who runs the schedule is out to lunch but she would leave a message to have her call me and reschedule. She never did. I had to call them back again. Just a little frustrating for something that should have been done on the day of the exam. Had I known of their requirements for my daughter to get contacts I would've gone elsewhere.

Vision Source made glasses for my Grandson. After receiving a letter from school stating he had an eye examand his vision was very bad, I was able to get an appointment, at the last minute, which surprised me because the wait was weeks at other offices I called. Everyone was very professional yet friendly in the office. The Doctor was very understanding and talked with us regarding the diagnosis. My concern was that Braxton plays baseball and football, his vision and safety. We talked about our options and choose the glasses. Vision Source had the frames her had liked best from an internet search. We left very happy with the our experience. They were very kind and professional at this location. They got me in quick, let me know what was going on with my eye, and set me up for a follow-up appointment. Aesthetic-wise, the location is beautiful. It's very quiet and has a nice atmosphere. They have seats to fit larger folk, as well as wheelchairs to assist in transporting for those that need it. I highly suggest this location.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr Tucker! The facility is very nice and modern, and the staff is very polite. Dr. Tucker explains each step in the process and about your "routine" if you are a contact or glasses wearer.

Charged 182 for a basic eye exam. You can get the same anywhere else for 60. Contacts cost 40% more than online and took over a week to come in. Wont be back sadly. Went in for the rebate they didnt have when i bought them and was given a copy of another pt form. Had to call to tell them that they have to file it. Says it right on the rebate form.

The doctor (Laura Compton) was wonderful. Knowledgeable, efficient, and very nice. Everyone was nice and fairly efficient. Had a bit of trouble getting a thorough breakdown of charges, but I guess I should have asked the doctor. However, everyone was nice about it. I would recommend going there.

Today my daughter had her first eye appointment for preschool! First the waiting area has Netflix for kids and a toy thing. The lady who checked us in SO SWEET, the lady who did our insurance stuff, so sweet, the lady who started out our exam SO SWEET. They all were so kid friendly and amazing!! The way they treated them was top notch. They included my son in everything. The eye doctor the same, so sweet and included us. We are so going back, the whole family!

Dr. Aurgued with me about have Diabetes. A eye dr now!! My 3 other specialist say no I do not have Diabetes. They also slide in extra charges and say that's what we always charged you. Won't go back!! A low income person cannot afford this place.

This place was amazing!!! My husband, William, referred me because of his experience and I am so glad I went today! From check-in, to Leslie doing all of my pre-doctor things, my visit with Dr Compton :) and then Jessica helping me with my glasses; literally, an awesome visit. You may not experience what I did today if you get other staff, but these for sure are kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I consider myself very fortunate to be able to call Dr Compton my new eye doctor and have the staff at Vision Source.
