UK Neurology is the absolute worst! Brain surgery at 15, been on sz meds since then. They have cancelled me for 2 years straight, I have literally seen them 1 time in 4 years! And NOW they make the appointment, bump it for another Dr for this afternoon and now tell me this physician cannot see me because I would be a “new patient”. I get it. I would be a new patient for him HOWEVER I would not need to be a New patient IF my physician ever actually came into her office! Oh AND the woman actually said they may not be able to re-fill my sz meds.... Jesus take the wheel right now because this momma is about to flip! UK Neurology is the absolute worst EVER! I cannot imagine doing this in our office! I will no longer come here. I am switching to BH neurology in Brannon Crossing!

We have never encountered a problem at the KNI. Parking and shuttle buses are easily accessible. Waiting areas are spacious and comfortable-staff members are pleasant and helpful. My daughter has epilepsy and is very fortunate to be a patient of Dr. Sally Mathias. She is the most caring, compassionate, and resourceful physician we have seen. Everything is thoroughly explained and she does not rush through the examination. We feel that medications, tests, and treatments are ordered to give optimum care. Dr. Mathias has personally called to give us test results and to see if the meds are being tolerated well. God bless this special lady! We are so grateful to her.

Please be aware of insurance fraud. They will charge your insurance company for services they never provided even after they assured you that it was their mistake admitted it was their mistake and you would not be billed. They will bill you anyway!

Pretty sad when you get here only to find out that appointment has been bumped. No notification, no phone call. It was just aggravating to look at the policy for people being late, yet they are not responsible when they cancel and not notify you.

I highly recommend NKI for anyone seeking Neurology care. The office staff are always very helpful and pleasant, providing any answers to questions that you may have. Phone staff are always prompt in answering calls and providing answers and directing your call to the appropriate direction. Dr Sally Mathias has given me hope with my epilepsy. She is not only an intelligent, informative, accurate, get thing thing done now, physician. She knows her patients and spends time with you and cares about how she is treating you. KNI is very fortunate to have her as a physician and I am very thankful to have her treating me. I highly recommend KNI to anyone seeking Neuro care.

Unfortunately we were eight minutes late (according to time on parking stub) and waiting for more than two hours. We were informed that because we were late that it will be a while before we are seen. Wow, It's already, been a while, a long while. Maybe the Doctor went to lunch? My daughter has epilepsy and we have been here many, many times over the past 10 years. While, the doctors are great. There is always a long wait. Next, the garage is always near full capacity, and parking is sparse. To go on, there is a long walk to office, lots of traffic in the area. I almost forgot to mention, the fact that there usually isn't a lot of seating available in overcrowded wait area, I really should have taken a picture when we first arrived, people were literally sitting on the floor!

I would if I could, rate ZERO stars. Their entire "team" is a joke!! They're never on the same page and truly do not care about their patients. If it all possible, save yourself the stress and potentially your health/life and go elsewhere. Trust me, this "team" is awful.

I would not EVER go to this office. It is one of the most expensive hospitals and they NEVER answer the phones or call you back. The call reps are crazy rude and Dr. Sally Mathias is awful, she does not like to follow up after she makes you take test that cost you thousands of dollars and then when you complain on her, she drops you as a patient. I would highly recommend going to Central Baptist or any other place other than UK. You will never see the same person at this clinic, you will never actually be seen on TIME and they will just take your money. No matter how many times you complain, the same rude and unprofessional people will keep working. I would recommend Central Baptist. They have 5 stars and are more affordable, more kind and they actually call you back and try to relieve stress.

So far we've not dealt with this place yet. But my wife is supposed to have brain surgery for Chiari, has anyone else dealt with Dr Grupke. He seems like a good surgeon and that he knows what he's talking about.

I was saved by UK with fwour brain aneurysm surgeries from December 2016 rhrough December 2017 and I respect and trust all the doctors. nurses, staff, all! What a significantly advanced hospital. 5 stars!!!
