I would never go anywhere else - the doctors truly care about you and your experience here! They go above and beyond to make sure your eyes are healthy, that you leave with a prescription that is best for you, and the opticians make sure you don't leave without glasses that are flattering for YOU. Couldn't ask for a better optometrist.

I had an appointment with Dr. Stratton but was told when I arrived that I would be seeing a different doctor. I explained very thoroughly that I wanted to receive a prescription for both my glasses and my contact lenses. They only gave me the eyeglass prescription and refused to give me the contact lens prescription because they had to order "samples for fitting" first and that I had to buy the lenses through them for $200. In the past, with other doctors, I simply received the contact lens prescription and ordered them online for only $85.00. What a rip-off scam. Very unhappy.

Over priced even with insurance, obnoxious crew and inexperienced doctors. They have no clue what they are doing at this location to my knowledge. Two years in a row bad exam and multiple visits to get prescription on time. I was asked to try 4 different prescriptions and pick one when i suggested their initial exam i can't read smaller font. I suggest going different place.

We currently live over an hour from her office but we feel so confident in the quality of care that we receive from Dr. Stratton that we willingly drive to Lexington for our appointments. (We even drove to see her when we lived 5 1/2 hours away!) She always spends however much time is necessary (and then some!) to make sure that we are cared for, that our glasses/contacts fit properly, etc. She & her staff are patient, professional & precise. Dr. Ko at Stratton Eyes is wonderful as is her staff! She is great at explaining specifically what is being checked and the results on both my regular exam and specialized retinal exam I have yearly. Whether its on a phone call or in the office, her staff is professional, efficient and very nice. This practice also makes sure you are aware of all your vision insurance benefits which is so helpful to maximize your purchase of glasses and contacts. My husband and I are both very happy with our eye care through Dr. Ko and Stratton Eyes.

I traveled to Lexington for a concert and woke up in my hotel to find I was missing one of my contacts. I did not bring my glasses and this was an emergency considering 1. I couldn’t drive home without them and 2. (Less of an actual emergency but still..) I was here for a concert which I now wouldn’t be able to see. I have a valid prescription but unfortunately my eye doctor back home was closed until Monday so they couldn’t fax it. Stratton eyes SAVED me today!! They gave me a trial pair of my exact prescription free of charge. Both people I spoke to on the phone were extremely polite. Also, I just want to note that I wasn’t aware how nice/upscale of a facility this was and I showed up in heavily ripped jeans and a crop top and they were still so polite in person! 10/10 would recommend if you live in the area. They obviously take care of their people

My boss, such a good man, had an appointment there today. When he got there he was told that he had a 45 minute wait. He asked them to call him and he would come back the same day. No call ever came and we called back and they didn't know what we were talking about. This place is too unorganized for patients. Go some where else. My boss is just as busy as Dr. Stratton and how he was treated was more then what anyone should have to go through to see a doctor.
