I can't say enough about Retina Eye Associates of Ky! The Physicians are top notch and the staff is so kind and accommodating. My husband had a sub retinal bleed and his result was nothing short of miraculous! We are so fortunate to have physicians of this caliber with several locations offering access to so many.

I never post reviews, but felt the need to after Sharon answered the phone when I called Retina Associates in Louisville. She was extremely hateful and rude to our Dr's staff (and our Dr just wanted our patient to quickly be seen by a specialist due to pigment around her optic nerve) so I can't imagine how unhelpful/mean she is with prospective patients... She told us the Dr. would not be able to see our patient today, and when I told her our patient would have to call back to schedule an appointment she curtly said OK and hung up the phone. Perhaps the doctors are good here, but I hope you don't have to deal with Sharon! Honestly I cannot believe she's still employed here, and I can't imagine how much business she has cost the practice.
