The office staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the office is so warm, inviting and easy to find. The office has large rooms and is beautiful with its unique hand wood carvings from India. There is lots of seating but you don’t sit long because the staff doesn’t keep you waiting for your appointment. I didn’t wait more than 3 minutes until I was called back for my appointment. The doctor is very personable, thorough and explains everything he does during your exam. Afterwards he gives you time to ask questions and his assistant gives you pamphlets explaining any procedures you maybe having. I would recommend Medical Vision Institute to everyone I know!

Arrived at 9am and was immediately taken to different stations to complete diabetic eye exam. All procedures explained and asked if I had any questions. Appointment lasted 2 hours. Dr. Dudee examined my eyes and talked about how vision changes as I age. Professional, friendly, caring office always leave glad my doctor.

I'm literally sitting here right now waiting for the doctor. I have been waiting 45 minutes. I'm a brand new patient, you would think they would care. I don't know how this place has such high reviews. They were disorganized and I'm still waiting. If you're looking for a place with friendly people and a long wait time this might be a winner. Hoping the doctor is worth the wait? Update: Doctor came in. Told me we needed to change prescription. Didn't verify prescription that the assistant took. So now I have a new prescription than I've had in years that a doctor didn't even verify. Won't be coming back

Medical Vision Institute truly does it all and makes you feel cared for from the moment you arrive. Dr. Dudee and his professional staff are kind and courteous and get you right in with very little waiting time. The Dr. is highly educated and trained in the most current laser surgery techniques. He is an artist when it comes to upper and lower eyelid surgery. Absolute perfection. I would not trust my eyes to anyone else!

This was my first visit to Medical Vision to see Dr. Dudee. My wait time was minimal and they made it easy to get me registered as a new patient. Each staff member was friendly and efficient, and I immediately liked them. After some testing, Dr. Dudee arrived. He was very professional and discussed my options with me and made me comfortable with him. The office was rather new and very clean. I am a senior, and I am a diabetic, so I will be seeing Dr. Dudee more frequently than most patients.
