Very nice and comfortable atmosphere. I have never had to wait very long, they are always on schedule. I hate getting my eyes dialated. Dr. King has the technology to take a picture of your retina to look for abnormalities before having to dialate your eyes. I love them, they are very affordable and knowledgeable.

Staff is awesome. Experience is awesome. Ease of check out is great. The Dr explaining what's the status of your eyes is awesome. I would suggest a wider frame to be carried in stock for those 1% with wider heads. Otherwise great experience.

They are the worst. They measure my frame just to fit my inscription. When it comes in, it didn't fit and they make me pay something that they made a mistake. When I went to Lexington, it fit just right on my frame. They just lazy and they want more money from you. I will never recommend them.

My mother was a patient of Dr. King's some 20 years ago and I would take her to him every couple of years the staff was professional and always seemed like they were genuinely happy to be there. Anyway my mom passed away and I had not visited the center and probably seven or eight years, when it became time for me to look up a optometrist the first place I looked at was Dr. King's, to my surprise he was up to date with technology and offered a very informative online page. I made a online appointment and to my surprise not 10 or 15 minutes later a employee called me to discuss my appointment telling me that they had been booked during the times I would've liked to have scheduled. We made a different schedule and I thanked her for her time and that was that. About two or three days later I got an email from the office telling me there was a time open and if I would like to reschedule to give them a call, unfortunately was pretty early in the morning when I received the email and I didn't get it until later but I was impressed by the services that they offered. Anyway upon my arrival at the doctors office I was greeted by the employees given a new patient enrollment form and set down to fill it out. After filling it out I was greeted by a employee not five minutes after sitting back down and proceeded with the appointment my in and out office visit was less than 45 minutes was several employees helping me to pick out glasses and genuinely seem concerned what look better or not glasses wise on my face. I left the office feeling confident that everything had been done to ensure my visual experience was a positive one and I think I honestly looked a lot more attractive in my new glasses!

I'm new to the area and your office came highly recommended by several co-workers. So I called to make an appointment for my son. I spoke with a lady named Shaiane (?or something with an S). I explained that my son would be a new patient there but was interested in getting contacts for the first time. Instead of asking me about our availability she quickly offered me two appointment times, neither of which worked with our family's schedule. She seemed to be upset with me at this point, kept sighing in the phone, like I was a total nuisance by simply offering to explain my work schedule and that my son is also involved in several sports activities. Finally I told her I would have to call back but honestly I just made an appointment elsewhere.

Today was my first visit to this eye care center. I have nothing but good things to say. The moment I walked in, I felt so important and welcomed by the staff. Danielle was phenomenal! She was so sweet and helpful. And Dr. King was also great! He made me laugh and all my anxiety melted away. They took their time and were very professional, and so warm.
