I absolutely love this place the staff is so friendly and accommodating I can’t say enough about them! And Dr. Travis is awesome!!! I’ve been going here for little over three years. My daughter was looking for a good eye place so I told her about them and how great they are. She had an appointment today and got herself and her 3 kids that range from 2 to 6 years old checked. They were so good with my grandkids and it was relaxing and reassuring that I didn’t worry a bit! I had an appointment with them today as well and all 6 of us was almost 2 hours late and they worked all of us in!!! I was so grateful for them taking care of us even though we were late! I will never go to another place for I have found my place!!! Thank you so very much Insight Eye Care!!!

I recently had a change of employment and that meant a change of insurance. I had to find a new eye doctor. I wanted a more personal experience. There were some issues with my insurance and Insight Eyecare was so patient with me. When I finally gave them the status they contacted me right away with corrections and updates. Also I needed to pick my contacts up on Friday and they were kind enough to stay a few minutes late for me!! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much!

I met with Dr. Travis at Insight Eye Care after noticing my eyesight slowly deteriorating. I hadn't been to an eye doctor or had my prescription updated in over eight years and needed help. Dr. Travis was thorough in her examination and educated me about many different symptoms I was having. She took her time in explaining what could be causing several of the issues and was able to conclude that my eyesight was causing my severe migraine headaches. She updated my prescription and set me up with new contacts. She even took an extra half hour to show me how to properly put the contacts in my eye. It was a wonderful experience, made even better by the wonderful staff that work there. I would highly recommend Insight Eye Care.

A very positive experience. Thorough exam and everything was explained clearly. Everyone is very friendly, and Dr. Travis and her staff were so patient with my teenage daughter who had a hard time deciding on her frames. Even called back the next day after she changed her mind and it was no problem. The office is a little hard to see from the highway, but it is right next to Donato’s. Keep searching till you find it. You won’t regret it!
