I have had over 50 surgeris from Chicago, to springfield, il, to replacements in Paducah. I've experienced many drs and surgeons. The staff and dr. Bowers' skills are "state of the art"!!! Dr. Bower's is a SUPER opthamologist!!!! A surgeon I had in 30 years in Chicago was 1 of 10 in the United States in 1984. Dr. Bowers is rated (in my book) is one of the BEST!!!!!! Her staff is awesome! I am so grateful for the care I received from her!! She's very compassionate and professional!! I've only had the " very best surgeons" in my 33 yrs. Dr. Bowers is #1 in my opinion!! So grateful for her staff and her "top knotch" skills. You won't find a Dr like her!!!!

I have just had cataract surgery on both eyes. They are very efficient and friendly. They explain everything so it's easy to understand. They all talk to you and Dr. Bowers came in and talked to me before she started my surgery. Explained the surgery and I had no worries. I think they all are great in their jobs.

My experience has been good. The VA Hospital in Marion, Illinois sent me 2 years ago to be under her care for my cataract eye problem. So now I wouldn't have to drive the 100 mile round trip for my eye care, which I now get in my home area. Her and her staff have been very courteous and professional and use technology I had never seen before.

I have to say Dr. Bauers is a very professional and great doctor who cares about her patients. I would personally recommend her to anyone looking to having there eyes checked out. I love the way she cares for her patients. It's as it each one is treated like family. I will definitely be a return customer and a devoted fan of hers. Your the Best!

While I appreciate the care and attention Dr. Bowers et.al. provide, I really have more to do in life than spending HOURS waiting on them to do what they do. Seldom is there an appointment that fails to turn a doctor's appointment into a day trip. I've been bringing my Mother here for a few years now and it's always the same every time. Just passing the two hour mark once again. So much wasted time...
