I had a most enjoyable experience at Falls City Eye Care. Everyone was kind & caring. I never felt rushed and explanations were provided in advance of any testing/procedure. The office was beautifully decorated and arranged. The selection of frames was outstanding and it was a hard decision to choose just one!! I definitely recommend Falls City Eye Care for all of your eye care needs!!

I'm severely farsighted, with an astigmatism in both eyes, and have been wearing glasses since I was 2 years old. Dr. Mike is hands down the best eye doc I've ever had. Like most, my vision got even worse after turning 40, and I thought I would have to wear contacts with readers for the rest of my life. Dr. Mike was able to adjust my prescription and I haven't put on a pair of readers since!

Great folks to work with, lots of new tech for the exam. Only downsides are limited frame selection when compared to the national chains that have the big brands like Oakley. Also when I picked up my new glasses there was no fitting, just got handed them and a "have a nice day!" Had to go back to get them adjusted, which they took care of promptly and the glasses fit well now, but would have liked to have taken care of that at pick up. Overall very positive experience and I will continue to do business with them.

Great folks to deal with. They aren't disgruntled like some of those folks in the chain stores. The doctor has a very welcoming personality and is very generous with information concerning your eye care. No one there was pushy. They all had smiles. And you can tell they are a team. It was a great visit.

I didn't know a friendly neighborhood optometrist was the thing, and now I'm so glad that it is. Super nice, super informative, and super competent. Great for routine things, like my contacts. Also available for emergency eye care. They saw me for a corneal abrasion on very short notice and were extremely helpful! So glad they're here and so good and so close.

I never leave reviews, but I had such a great experience I felt I needed to. I've been going to eye doctors and wearing contacts since middle school and have always found the experience uncomfortable or stressful. Everyone at Falls City was so friendly and down to earth, that I felt totally at ease. I can't say enough good things about this place!

Good: * great doctor and staff * really cool facility * large selection of eye glasses Caution: * parking available in rear, but tight awkward layout; with that said, any available parking in this neighborhood is a luxury; just be aware The historic, restored home and available coffee makes for a great place to relax if there is a wait. The doc friendly and so thorough. On my first visit, this place was simply the best and I cannot recommend enough.

Dr. Martorana is caring, patient and kind. He is through and takes his time flipping through the settings. His staff is helpful. They have a nice selection of designer and affordable frames with the ability to order one or more frames for you.

I have terrible eyesight so my eye visits/glasses have always been pricey. It dawned on me that I really should be giving my money and business to a local place instead of places owned by Luxottica (and they own just about everything.. Google them). I did a quick search and Falls City popped up with rave reviews. I made an appointment that day. I went and everyone was awesome from the desk person to the floor manager to Dr. Martorana. I never felt rushed or pressured and the woman running the floor was awesome as she helped me choose new sunglasses. I'll definitely be back. SHOP LOCAL!

What an amazing team. Top notch service. I was considering laser surgery. They recommended we try contacts which would give the same results as the surgery, to see if I would like the permanent results of the surgery. I did not know these contacts existed. Turns out I hated it. So I’m sticking with glasses. Can’t thank them enough for this.
