Really good staff (it's usually just the receptionist and optometrist) who are friendly and personal. They are pretty quick and efficient with their eye exams (30 minutes or less for my visits). Eye exams are quoted for 100$ approximately (without any insurance), which seems pretty competitive, and you do not need a Costco card to use these services. Purchases for glasses / contacts though need to go through the optical department (or you can take your prescription anywhere after your exam).

I have had multiple issues with this location. The price is great but the service is sub par. It seems like they are understaffed, as it is hard to get someone on the phone and they often ask you to call back at a later time, as they are too busy to help you. They can't assist promptly with even the basic of needs...a contact lens refill.
