I have gotten regular eye exams here for over 10 years. It takes a long time for an appointment BECAUSE they do a thorough job. All of the eye exams with all of that special equipment does cost money but insurance should cover most of it. You only have 2 eyes. I want everything done to make sure MY eyes are OK. As I age, I have had more problems and some of my medications may cause eye side effects. I don't mind the time or the co-pay because I want to keep my eyesight. I just take a large type book because of my eyes being dilated. Dr. Breen does a great job and a thorough exam himself and he is very nice. He always listens to me. The staff is nice too.

Remember when Dr Breen was running those hundreds of FREE eye exams commercials for diabetics, If you have diabetes schedule a appointment for your FREE eye exam. I called his office, scheduled a appointment and she asked what insurance I had , medicare part a ( I am disabled ) I was about 1 month short of medicare part b My wife took me to my eye appointment, she asked for my medicare card she copied it and said you only have part a and not b I said yes. I have diabetes and this exam is free she said yes! I had my appointment and a few weeks later I got billed for 291.00 for a free eye exam they said because I didn't have part b medicare. I said you advertised hundreds of times for a free exam! NOW THEY TURNED THIS ACCOUNT OVER TO THE COLLECTION SHARKS!! BEING DISABLED IS HARD ENOUGH BUT WITH THE PHONE RINGING OFF THE HOOK, THREATING CALLS ECT! THIS IS NOW ON MY CREDIT REPORT!! THANKS FOR YOUR FREE EYE EXAM FOR DIABETES. 291.00 worth SCAM SCAM SCAM STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THERE NOT HONEST!

Of course I don't know the situation as to why anyone would make reference to a "scam", but Dr. Breen is within the reputable and award winning St. Elizabeth Physicians group. I've been to his practice a few times and personally have never had a problem. The staff has been courteous and Dr. Breen quickly and accurately addressed the purpose of my visits. I have no complaints. Any charges not covered by insurance were known up front and I haven't been back to Wing Eye Care since.

You make up bogus bills. I have stayed quiet 4 2 yrs now and i watch how u take advantage of people that will just always pay. I know u r a CROOK. i have seen it 1st hand. U haven't done this once or twice. SEVERAL TIMES!!! Retire u old thief
