I started going to see Dr. Wiles in March of 2009. At that point, I was 29 and had almost completely lost my vision in my right eye. I have a strange condition that will never go away but thanks to Dr. Wiles, I can see!! I get to watch my son grow up! He and his staff will never truly understand how much I appreciate them for this gift. I love the staff in his St. Joseph location. They are always friendly and knowledgeable. I always try to recommend them to anyone in need of a great ophthalmologist.

The Dr schedules way too many people at a time. Like another person compared his experience, it was like an eye care feed lot. We were there for 2 1/2 hours and we got there 15 minutes early as requested. This leaves only one impression, that you're looking for the money. The elderly don't appreciate this way of business and there are a lot of elderly people through there. My mother didn't want to take a bathroom break for fear of missing the doctor and ultimately left in shame. Will not be back.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful! Dr. Klein is a caring doctor who ensures he has addressed any and all concerns you may have. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for eye care professionals.

I’ve went there, I’ve got a prescription. However, it takes days for them to send a prescription over to a pharmacy. No matter what, you have to repreatedly ask them to send over a prescription, that they wrote to a pharmacy. They will keep you waiting for hours and days, for no good reason what so ever. When you call, they say their techs are out to lunch. Their lunch break must last for many hours each day. What’s the point of going over there, then they tell you that you need a prescription for something, but they won’t ever send the prescription to a pharmacy. I bet their competitors will get you a prescription for something you need.

The staff is great and friendly! Very helpful! I just moved here and have always used a diffrremt eye doctor but they did a thorough check to put accurate information in the computer! Big selection of glasses and contacts!

If you ever need eye surgery, Wiles Eye Center is the place to go. Everyone there is outstanding and goes beyond to help. I can't speak highly enough of the doctors. Always willing to answer questions and explain procedures. I'd rate them higher if I could.

Dr. Klein is an excellent doctor who thoroughly explains any abnormalities to his patients. He is knowledgeable and respectful. I wanted to specifically thank Lauren in Optical. She is truly professional and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction after some hiccups with the lab. Their eye wear selection is great, but their service is even better. Thank you, Lauren!

Went to another doctor for eye surgery when Dr Wiles was out of town.... I will never go to anyone else besides Dr Wiles and Dr Rachel again.... seeing another doctor just brought home how great they are at Wiles Eye Center wonderful staff takes awhile to get things done but that's because you have to go through several rounds with different Tech's and testing... lots to read ... quality free coffee automatic machine... and a $0.65 Coke machine when you first come in downstairs before you get on the elevator a huge Plus didn't think they existed that cheap anymore except in Kansas City or small town

Dr. Wiles performed my LASIK surgery. I see 20/15 combined and at least 20/20 in each eye. I had no complications, no halos, and absolutely no complaints. He also performed my mother's cataract surgery and she has had a similar outcome. Dr. Wiles is often very busy and you will typically have a long wait, but it is absolutely worth it. I can't recommend him enough.

I was extremely disappointed with my visit to your office. The wait was incredibly long, almost felt as if I were in an eye care feed lot. I chose another doctor and hope you have forwarded everything they requested. The last I heard after about three weeks you had not had time to completely go over my records. I was very upset to leave your office after a multitude of tests with no diagnosis and having a doctor dodge my questions like I was a buffoon.
