I had my eyes checked, as well as my 2 daughters (ages 8 & 6) for their first time. All the staff were super helpful, kid friendly, and efficient. The gal that checked us in managed the software expertly! The 2nd gal helping was efficient with the testing and was good with my girls. Then the Doctor did her job very well, too. I was pleased with her explanations and her balanced recommendations for each of us. The doctor considered various factors (cost, effectiveness of various treatments, timing of treatments, etc.) in our favor and was trustworthy. This is my 2nd or 3rd time there and I'm going to keep going back... besides, my girls want to go back, too! :-)

STEER CLEAR!! This practice is very disorganized! I live in NKC and prefer to keep my business in NKC. It took several hours to track down a phone number for this office (finally called another office and they transferred me) but I made the appointment any way. When I showed up to the appointment they told me that they would not bill my primary vision care insurance because that provider told them they had to bill the secondary first. I left without my eye exam, came home and called my primary. They said that they didn't know where the provider would get that idea because they can and expect to be billed first. I then called the practice's insurance department to see if I could get some clarification. They did not answer the phone and as of now, several hours later, they have not returned my call. I should have given up after not being able to find the phone number. I'm working too hard, they obviously do not want my business. Guess I'll have to take my business out of NKC after all.

I tell y'all what! I have cptsd ( some from domestic violence- where I got hit in /by eye with bad scar & had a cat scratch my eye as a kid) and am VERY anxiety prone when it comes to eye Drs. BUT this place was amazing!!!! Treated me SO kind, respectful, helped me even pick out the best frames/look for my face. I left actually feeling good. The Dr answered questions, spoke very calm & quiet. I actually can't wait to get my glasses to wear them! (I'm a Medicade patient but still had a copay literally NO BIG deal tho! STILL VERY blessed for the opportunity. They still had a HUGE selection to choose from!) VERY clean and orderly office too. Not a long waitto get an appt. OR once I got in for it either. Can't say enuf about how impressed I am! (And it takes allot)

i think its just weird and out of the ordinary the fact that is take 10-14 business days to get the glasses i wanted. with the other place i went, i got them in 1-2....

Great experience. First time getting glasses in a long while. Made me feel very comfortable and were very informative. Nice selection of frame to choose from. Highly recommended them!!

The people there are friendly and take extra steps to make the visit pleasant the only issue that I had was the person at the front desk that made it very difficult for my 9 year old daughter to pick frames that she liked by telling her and pointing out that the insurance company would not pay for the ones that she liked so that right there was very disappointing to her and made her feel like she couldn't get the ones that she felt that she looked the best in because of the price which she then started looking at ones that only insurance qualified for her and she told us that she didn't want us to have to pay more money for the ones that she really liked so that right there tore down a 9 year old little girl's confidence. Every little girl needs to be confident in how she looks in her own idea.

I was off work for 2 weeks waiting on glasses because I work on computers reading code all day and was suffering from headaches and making errors. Epic text me my glasses were ready to pick up on a Friday. I looked at the hours they were open. It said open 8-2. I drove all the way to the office it was closed. It also says they are open Sat. and they are not. I guess they only work when they want so make sure you call before you go. I have to take more time off work Monday morning because that's the next time they will allegedly be in the office. The only reason I didn't give this place 1 star is because Dr. Tiller was really good.
