Made an appointment on June 20, 2019 for June 21, 2019. When I called to make the appointment, the lady receptionist asked if I had insurance and I gave her all the details of my Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance, including policy number. After a while, she confirmed the appointment. So far so good. Next day, which was quite rainy, I drive to this practice for 20 mins during work hours for my appointment. When I get there and give my name, the lady receptionist (heavy-built lady with no smile at all on her face friendly voice) tells me I need to pay out of pocket since my Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance does not cover eye doctor visits or lenses. When I tell her the fact it's under Eye Med with Blue Cross Blue Schield, she says the practice does not take Eye Med. Result: wasted trip for something that could easily have been told to me over the phone, since they had all my policy insurance when I scheduled the appointment. The lady receptionist did not seem to care much at all and neither apologized or have a friendly smile during the entire conversation. I honestly expected more from a place that claims to care about excellence.

The staff is not only friendly, but thorough. They take the time to get my diagnostics, run the tests, and answer any questions I might have. There was little down time waiting for the staff. Wonderful 1st visit. Wait was minimal in the waiting area, excellent service as once name was called was ushered off and treated quickly and efficiently. The person helping me pick out glasses did a superb job and was very patient and even took pictures of me with her cell phone so I could see what I looked like better with my own glasses on (versus trying to see with a magnifying mirror). Everyone was nice and friendly and made you feel welcomed.

Kyle and Dr. Muller were excellent; however, the front desk employees were very unpleasant. As I was checking in, it seemed like Kelli did not want to be there. She did not greet me and when I said I had new insurance, she made it seem like an inconvenience. When it came time to check out, Kelli informed me that I did not have vision coverage. I said I thought I was sure I did and would have to call my husband for the group number. She then said, "Well I already called them and you don't." Every interaction with her seemed to bother her and she did not smile once. Chris was the one who actually checked me out and as I was on the phone with my husband to get the group number for my vision coverage, she sighed and puffed heavily and rolled her eyes! I was very surprised by how these two have been acting, so I asked if something was wrong because they had treated me like I was a huge inconvenience to them. I hope something changes soon because these two have very poor customer service, which is a shame because the techs and doctors are very friendly and great.

Vision Park Family Eye Care have been the providers for my family for many years. Their staff is courteous, friendly and go out of their way to make your visit with them stand out in the healthcare industry! My son was having difficulty at school and Dr. Billings diagnosed that he needed vision therapy! Dr Larson was excellent. I have recently struggled with close vision while wearing contacts. I prefer contacts but had been wearing my backup glasses for a couple of years because it was difficult to do paperwork. Dr Larson kindly, and professionally, found an excel solution in the form. Of multi prescription contacts. I am so pleased to be able to see both distance and close with my new contacts! Dr Larson then went over images of my eye, explaining the health of both my eyes, and general health. No one has ever given such a thorough eye exam and explained the health side of it.

Had my first exam here and was in search of new glasses afterwards. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with rude, unprofessional people. I thought maybe the lady was having a bad day, and wouldn’t base my assessment of the place on her alone, but every single person I interacted with was incredibly rude. I interacted with 5 people in total. The two exceptions were the doctor himself, who was thorough and kind, and the receptionist who checked me out when I was done. I was appalled at the lack of sincerity and courteousness. Not to mention, the lack of variety of frames for women. There were two areas and most of the shape and size of the frames were the same and I didn’t find what I was hoping to. I rarely write reviews, mostly when things were amazing or beyond horrible. This experience, unfortunately, was horrible and the last time I will set foot in that office. It’s a recommended provider in my network, but I will go elsewhere from now on.

Every person I came into contact with was so very nice to me. The office was very nice and clean. The lady that took me back for my pretest was very sweet. Made me feel very comfortable. The Dr came in and spent a good deal of time with me. He answered all my questions and I felt like he really cared about what was in my best interest. I went in today and the staff was really nice. My appointment was at 12:15 (I scheduled it on my lunch) and people went ahead of me. I went up to the desk and said “my appointment is at 12:15 right?” and the receptionist said yeah and she apologized saying that they had me down for the wrong time. I was a half hour late back to work because of the delay for my appointment. I ended up going back with one of the doctors 20 minutes after my appointment time and he didn’t really help or give me answers that I needed. He gave me eye drops and told me if my eye didn’t clear up within a week to call them back and schedule another appointment. I had symptoms of blurriness in my right eye that he didn’t even talk about or discuss with me on what was causing that. My appointment (just a red eye check up) was $114. He didn’t give me a lot of information and basically just guessed what was wrong. I had a good experience the first time I came around a year ago for an eye exam and was not expecting such bad service this time.

I was on time for my appointment, and had essentially no wait before I was taken to have my eye health checked. Then to the doctor's office for vision testing. Dr Triebel came in shortly after the assistant left. She asked thorough questions, and was very careful in her tests. Eye doctors have the coolest tools! They adjusted my current glasses and they fit so much better now. I highly recommend Vision Park.

front office was fast & efficient, the eye exam went well with and Dr. Muller explained what was happening and things to be aware of in the future.
