Very rude staff I called and spoke with someone upfront and stated my concern and why I am upset and they said they'd call me back waited two days called back and they said oh we take all these phone calls is hard for me to remember who I spoke with. Untop of that they pretty much told me I'm lying and would no longer help me! Would not recommend going here!

Very friendly staff. The office was very busy the day I was there but my wait time was minimal. My doctor was very attentive and willing to take the time to answer all my questions. Overall, I would certainly recommend this office as they provide excellent care. Upon check in the staff were extremely helpful with insurance questions I had.

Save yourself the stress of time and money that this place will take from you. This was my first experience with needing an eye exam and it was terrible. The wait time is ridiculous, they don't give you their office policies on which visits are charged and which aren't. When you ask them to explain that they get defensive and rude with you in front of other patients. The Dr I saw would get frustrated and say they didn't know what else to do for me. I'll mention that having finally gotten a second opinion, it's supposed to be customary to check each eye one at a time and then both together to get the right prescription. None of the five times my eyes were checked at this clinic, did that happen. I was also tested for dry eyes without an explanation beforehand and without giving them permission to do so. When I asked what they were doing and why, they made it sound like a routine thing to do that was included in rechecking my prescription. They charged me $45 for each eye for 30 seconds of testing. Again, don't waste your time or money here.

I had Cataract Surgery on my right eye. My experience with the Physicians Eye Clinic from my initial appointment through the Surgery was a very pleasant experience. All of the employees were there to make the experience the best it could be, and making you feel as though you were the most important guest they had at that time. Your ease and comfort was their utmost concern.
