Friendly staff are knowledgeable and courteous. We arrived early for paperwork and were seen on time. We were done with an initial eye exam and had glasses picked out within half an hour--and that's for a child. We are very happy with them.

The cost my exam was over $700.00. They did severals tests. I had NO idea each 1 was an additional cost. No one ever explained that. I was told when i called the cost of exam was $95.00. Do to other health issues i was thinking maybe costing $150.00. Again i was never told different. After several phone calls. They finally charged me $170.00. I still to this day could not tell you the DRs name. Never introduced himself. The about 2 months later after they finally fixed my bill. I ordered my glasses. I had terrible time seeing with them. So went back. Had all new exam, at no cost this time. They had messed up glasses and had them to strong. So sent them back in again. I have still had trouble with them. Finally went to another Dr. He tells me they were still wrong. All the office girls were always very nice. The billing lady worked hard to get my bill reduced. Not only are they VERY high priced. They did my glasses twice and still wrong. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

Did not enjoy my experience. When I was looking at frames and trying ones on, the lady stood behind me the entire time (not to offer advice or feedback, just to stand there with disapproving look on face), and it was really uncomfortable just trying to browse. Then when I picked out the frames I liked, she really rudely asked when I tried them on for fitting, "Do you always wear them that low on your nose?" Clearly yes, if that's where I placed them. She made a few other snippy remarks while sizing, and was just generally not pleasant. The glasses were WAY overpriced with their service. Refuse to go back to them.

Have been going there for years. Called to make an appointment, but they won't take an appointment past 4:00 on week days. Supervisor would not let them make a 4:15 appointment for me, YES I can hear her in the background. Saturday appointments are out more then 6 weeks. If I had a business and my appointments were that far out. I would add on more appointments and work a little more to catch things up to keep my customers happy. Apparently, they don't care. If they don't care, I don't care or have any loyalty. Made an appointment with another eye doc. I'll purchase my glasses and maui jims else where!!!!!!

I got right in and didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes after I checked in. I only waited about 10 minutes to see Dr. Ruhl. Everyone was friendly and professional. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing eye care. I had an emergency eye problem last January and they got me in right away.
