I just started a business, and my recent days have been filled to the brim with driving all over town networking and meeting with people and answering emails and writing. And for the past couple years, I've been having issues with dry eyes. Recently, these symptoms have been intensifying. I went in for my annual and they gave me a mask and some samples to help alleviate the dryness. That same night (this was two nights ago now), I may have had some kind of an allergic reaction to one of the nighttime gels. Since I have no known allergies, this wasn't something either they or I could have predicted. I was miserable all through the night and into the next day. I couldn't hold my eye open long enough to do so much as check an email, let alone drive across town. I called, they got me in the same day (my fiance had to take me), and they began an intensive treatment to get me back to the point where I could function again. They are also going to follow up in a month so we can begin a treatment to prevent something like this from happening again. It turns out it is actually related to a dermatology issue (Rosacea) which I never knew could affect your eyes! So about 12 hours after starting said intensive treatment, it's as if the whole thing were just a bad dream. The medications Dr. Rush put me helped immensely, to the point where I woke up this morning with no pain in my eye at all. I'm so grateful to him and the whole staff for getting me in and relieving my suffering so quickly. Now I can keep on building my business and, you know, function normally again. Thank you so much!!

Overall, great experience. When I got there, there was someone in line but only one visible receptionist to help. As soon as she saw me, she asked a second receptionist to help me. They got me right in, were extremely friendly and welcoming, knew me by name even though it was my first time there (it's like they were expecting me, or something. :D). The technician was quick and thorough. I asked if we could avoid the "puff" test and the technician said they could do two other methods so it was no problem. And Dr. Rush was great--answered all of my questions and pushed off my annual exam until my eye had recovered from whatever severe allergy is affecting it right now. Everyone was really nice and made my experience great. Would highly recommend this place. :)

Made an appointment online and drove 55 minutes to get there. When I arrived I was told I needed to call to confirm the appointment. There should have been some sort of notification to me so I wouldn’t have wasted 2 hours. Ridiculous!

Love this place! My appt was with Dr. Null yesterday. I so appreciated him taking the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything so thoroughly. Deb was so sweet and really helped me decide on glasses that I know I will love. She even fixed my old pair when she saw the shape they were in. :) Everyone at the office was super helpful and friendly! Now that I've found this place I will never go anywhere else.

My experiences at Visionquest have been great. They have professional staff and they work well together. I'm seeing Dr. Null and feel well cared for. He found the beginnings of macular degeneration, something my prior eye doctor did not find. He is sending me to a specialist for glaucoma care as well. Dr. Null is up to date with the latest in eye care and has a wealth of knowledge in this field. He did a cheek swab for a DNA test for macular degeneration; that is cutting edge, friends. I finally feel safe regarding my eyesight. I feel like my life has been saved! Thank you, Visionquest!

Dr. Jeffirs has been my optometrist for many years. I had a break in seeing him due to location change but decided to make it work because of the importance of getting a quality eye exam. The majority of his wonderful staff have worked with him and Dr. Null for many years as well. That alone speaks volumes. I also got the opportunity to meet some new additions to their team. Dr. Jeffirs’ assistant (I apologize that I didn’t get his name) was very professional and explained each step of the exam and some of the new technology their office had to offer. Clara helped me choose frames. As me being the client, she actually had the toughest job of all! They have a nice selection of frames. Clara didn’t lose patience as I went back and forth with my decision. She also offered a great idea that I’m going to pass along. Take a selfie with the frames that you’re having trouble choosing. It definitely helped make the decision. On a scale of 1-5, I’d give this practice a 10!

I stepped on my new glasses and bent the frames, they looked bad beyond repair i was thinking. I went back to VisionQuest Eyecare 9650 E Washington St #205, Indianapolis, IN 46229 and the Optician/Office Coordinator Debbie Barron was amazing, she was able to fix them! They are like new again, took her about 20 minutes to fix them. I am so glad that i went there, i have been to other places in the past, VisionQuest is hands down the best in my past experience, professional staff, Dr. was great! Thank you Debbie Barron!

Great staff! Receptionist was genuinely warm. Lady that helped with glasses was very thoughtful. Since my daughter's eyes were dilated, she closed blinds and got a magnifying mirror. She also offered styles and colors not on the sales floor. She was patient and extremely helpful. Doctor was great with my seven year old. Explained everything very well. My first visit was for an eye emergency; they got me seen and fixed right away as a walk-in.

My office visit was great, the dr I saw was great ( that's the only reason why I didn't give it one star) but the fact that I have been waiting 2 weeks for some glasses is ridiculous!!!!!! The very reason why I went to the eye dr is because I have been having trouble with my eyes and to order and pay for my glasses and to have to still be waiting for them 2 weeks later is unheard of!!!! I will not be going back!!!1

Visionquest Eyecare is a great place for all of your optical needs. Courteous and professional staff that are well trained and helpful. Easy access to their office and they will go out of their way to get you the appointment time that fits your schedule. I recently had a problem with my eye and they made sure to get me in on the same day, despite their busy schedule. They take very good care of you and make you feel welcomed. I highly recommend them.

Great place to go for glasses. This is the 2nd year in a row that I have taken my son and I just love Dr Jeffirs. He is very nice and did an awesome job with my son explaining things in a way that a 10 year old can understand. The rest of the staff were great too. I definitely would recommend going to the office on East Washington St.
