This was my first eye doctor experience since I was a child. I have had perfect vision until i hit my 20s. When I went in, everyone was super nice! I brought my 14mo old child with me and they had toys to keep her occupied while I had my exams. Super nice staff and doctors. I was only there maybe 30 minutes, and I got everything done and even ordered glasses. Very great experience, happy I chose them for eye care!

My experience at Visionsource Eyecare Center was fantastic. I went there on a whim after my insurance changed, and I cannot find a decent reason why I have not gone there before now. Dr. Frye is a fantastic doctor that takes the time to get to know her patients and their needs. Unlike places I have been to in the past, this staff will take the time to work with their patients and ask the important questions. They have a great selection of eyeglasses and their price point is very reasonable. I will never visit another eye care center as long as I live in Auburn.

In the past 12 years this is the only place to provide me with new glasses that were correct the 1st try. Meaning, when i put them on I could see excellent. No blurry anything, no "adjustment period" to get used to, just perfect vision. After 7 trys at a competitor, i requested them to get me safety glasses for work and within 10 days the glasses arrived and are spot on.

I have been going to Vision Source for years. You are NOT just another patient there. I normally see Dr Frye. She is GREAT and very caring. A while back I had an eye problem that was potentially serious. Rather than trying to diagnose or treat it she sent me to a specialist in Indianapolis and helped me get the appointment. All turned out well thanks to Dr. Frye. I would not think of going anywhere else.

Highly recommend Dr. Morrow. A few years ago, he came in on a holiday Sunday evening, when he was having a family get together, when I injured my eye, AND he did not gouge me for the emergency service. Great doctor and ever better person. Staff is excellent too. Our family has been using him for years, never regret it.

It's disappointing that the woman staffing the front desk/optical department in Garrett behaved extremely unprofessionally on Thursday, March 21. The phone call situation does not bode well for a long established local business. I hope the office manager is willing to speak to me or my daughter about the experience.

Walked in and loved the atmosphere. The doctors are very caring and knowledgeable about eye health. They have two locations for your convenience. This one and the other in Garrett, only a few miles away. They have short wait times, designer eyewear, and contacts . There's also a doctor who specializes in pediatric and teen eyecare..Dr. Frye is her name. Kid-friendly office.

I recently went in for a recheck should have only took a short time. I was there for over an hour never saw the doctor so I left very unhappy. Why do office's over book themselves makes for very unhappy customers and employees . Very expensive also.
