Dr Elmore and staff have taken great care of 4 family members. Doctor always took time to listen and to answer questions. He gave me some new treatment options. Additionally when I had a problem with a new set of glasses, Dr. Elmore's team corrected the problem at no cost to me, turning a potentially frustrating situation into a very pleasant outcome. Great doctor!

As a Center Grove resident, I like how Dr. Jeremy Elmore's office is conveniently located just off State Road 135 on Smith Valley Rd. Jeremy and his staff were friendly and professional. Highly recommended for exams, contacts, or glasses.

I got a groupon, and that was a mistake. They were all nice unless you didn't want to spend boat loads of cash. I don't have much money and you don't want to go here for that. I had $200 in credit and they said over and over again that i could get cheap glasses that would work, I needed to spend $400 over the credit to get any good glasses. I chose the cheap ones and they repeatedly said you want the most costly. They said they'd order my glasses and I'd get them in a week. They then call me later, oh this selection won't work, you'll have to choose something else. AKA, spend more money. They showed no care that I don't have loads of money. I said it wouldn't work and order what i ordered as the eye center is 40 mins away from me. They never ordered them. I had to contact groupon and they've been dealing with it for months. Groupon tells me that its because I wanted non-perscription glasses. Not true at all. I ask for PRESCRIPTION but refused to spend lots of money so that won't service me? What about me getting PRESCRIPTION glasses is not within the rules? I ask for PRESCRIPTION glasses, and nothing else. they refused to give me the cheaper PRESCRIPTION glasses that would be covered by the groupon. they INSISTED that I buy the most expensive ones that could cost up to $400 over the price of the groupon. It seems that they didn’t want to follow through because I didn’t want to buy the best they had to offer, from my view. Even though the glasses I chose were within the limit it was meaningless to them without spending big bucks. I would never say use them if you're on a budget, they will tell you every 2 mins to get the most expensive one. I told the doc more then one time i can't and i was asking questions and then he didn't seem interested anymore and left. I still had questions, still don't know the answers. I don't think he meant to be rude, but it still left a bad taste and i still need glasses that i never got.

I have a big long story about how this place goes above and beyond, but the guy that helps you try on glasses and such (which I CANNOT for the life of me remember his name) is the BEST. He's extremely nice and helpful. He actually found the reason or whatever why my insurance wasn't showing up and informed the receptionist. I've never had a terrible experience here and aside from the location (for me anyways), it's fantastic.

Dr. Elmore is amazing with my 10 and 8 year old boys. He is patient with them as they can be characters and thorough. My youngest has pretty bad eyes and he was able to help him not look goofy with very thick glasses. I would highly recommend him and his staff. They are amazing!

My family and I are grateful for the service Dr.Elmore and his staff provides. I say grateful because its a consistent and excellent service that they provide day in and day out. We have been customers of Southside Eye Center for about 6 years (might even be longer). During this time, this establishment has grown and experienced transitions, like all things that grow. In spite of internal changes, they have maintained a consistent professionalism, which points to their frequent training. Unlike most customers who might visit Dr. Elmore annually, because of my condition, I see him every six months. I've had many optimologist in the pass, and none them have cared for me as Dr. Elmore has, and for that I am grateful. When you realize you're at risk (and have been for years) of loosing your sight in one eye, its important to have a doctor that would monitor that condition closely and guide to the best practices.

I don't understand the user complaining about the groupon. I used the groupon, which is an amazing deal. It covers your eye exam, and gives you a $200 credit. My lenses with an anti-glare coating came to around $180. The rest of the credit went to frames. I chose some very nice Ray Ban frames that I love. My out of pocket expense was only $190. The price of those same frames online is exactly $190 everywhere. So basically the groupon gave me an eye exam for $34 and free polycarbonate lenses with an anti-glare coating.

The staff was great. I really enjoyed talking to one of his assistance. However, dr. Elmore didn’t give me a good, thorough exam. The exam last less than 5 mins. It was so rushed. I will not be going back there.

The use of technology in this practice is second to none. The staff are great and the doctor did a fantastic job of explaining my vision problems and how it gets corrected. If you want an extremely comfortable eye appointment with NO DILATION of your eyes, this is the place for you. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention 2 other key important factors. Their frames are top notch and do not cost an arm and a leg. I couldn't spend 200.00 if I tried!!! Also, the time that it took to get in and out was great. I did not have to sit in a waiting room and wonder if they forgot about me. They had me fill out MINIMAL paperwork (everything else was pre-printed for me) and then zipped me off to begin the process. The longest wait might have been 2 minutes from when the reading test was done until the doctor came in the room and began his part of the exam. In case you cannot tell, I am bowled over by this experience. Not having to write off half of my day because of my pupils being dilated was such a bonus for me and their use of technology was a pleasant experience. Again, thank you for the convenience that you all have provided. I only gave 5 stars because, there were not 10 available.
