I’ve tried to make an appointment for my son and it’s been over a week since I got a call back. The second time I called the receptionist was rude and said the message is on the desk and the person will call back when she gets a chance. So clearly they don’t want business since they can’t reply to a call. Waste of time.

I have visited twice for my yearly check-up. I am not impressed. Although the folks are friendly, they are really really pushy on buying their glasses. The first time I did, and they never even called me to tell me my glasses were in. They claimed they did, and when I asked why they just let them sit there for 3 more weeks, I got some comment about there's no way for them to call people twice because they are too busy. I didn't even have a voicemail from them. The second time I went, again they were so pushy with the glasses. I told them I loved the glasses I got on the Zenni Optical website, and the girl made a snide comment about how she couldn't understand how anyone could buy glasses online. I just stopped going there.

We love Settler's Walk Eye Care. They have always been courteous, helpful, genuinely nice, and professional. I initially chose them for their location, but we have stayed because of their staff and their service. I love that they can fit my college students in during breaks. And they were great with my husband who needed a lot of glasses/contacts adjustments to accommodate his work and hobbies. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

As a regular patient I was scheduled several weeks out for a routine check up. The office somehow mixed up my appointment date on their end to be different from the date, location, and doctor I was originally given. The best they could do was joke that they are "not always incompetent" and schedule me another month out. So I can get a call the two days before to tell me they cancelled my appointment again? There are plenty of other offices who keep their appointments. I would not recommend this practice unless you are looking to waste your time.
