horrible customer service i waited 2 hours in waiting area before being called back

Visited today & the staff was nice enough. I was thoroughly offended when one staff member stated that she was going to hide the Nike frames because they were going to boycott them and the other employee agreed. This is an optical shop in a children's hospital in America that services all races, religions & ethnicities. This is something that shouldn't be happening. I've purchased frames there in the past but today they lost a customer.

Horrible customer service at the front desk check in. Three people present behind the desk. Only one is working the other two chit chatting making friends.Very rude no one wants to hear your over the weekend mess. The two behind the desk not working also staring and whispering. Very Rude

Good customer service. I'm thrilled that they wanted to hide the Nike brand glasses. We're trying to make America great again. Nike products have no place in a great America. Keep it up Riley staff!

Very unhappy will not go back refused to bill my eye insurance was rude and said i had to take care of that my self all they do is bill the medical insurance the dr was great but unless you want to have to send your own claim to the insurance which is very inconvenient go there otherwise go somewhere else
